WJ's are money pits if you are not a mechanic, but they are built like a brick sh#te house. Solid front axle is a thing of the past, but I am a fan of this for durability. Dana workmanship was very questionable 20 some years ago as they were losing most of the solid axle contracts with Ford and Mopar. GM of course had cheapened their suspension years earlier as normal with that brand!
