Heart of Midlothian have recently opened a hotel within their Tynecastle stadium in Edinburgh. I stayed there for the night and was pleasantly surprised! #football #hotel #travel
As a hotel room, yes it looks spot on... As for location, nah. Unless I was a travelling Hearts fan intending on going to a match. But if you're just visiting Edinburgh, I think you'd just find a proper hotel.
This is a wonderful video where a footballing club own a hotel which they are generating their revenues well to sustain their financial stability and as a big footballing club themselves,Hearts which is one of my favourite ever footballing clubs have been doing their jobs well on and off the pitch and I want to see them replicate their glory years in future, good friends!!!LONG LIVE HEARTS!!!🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️🏋️♂️
Honestly best Scottish football content, you do more for the game up here than Doncaster and Co. Keep it up, and being biased I always enjoy the JT videos
Looks class mate, will be keen to stay there when we visit from Australia later this year. I Went to the old Tynie school next door but haven’t been back to Tynecastle for a long time.
This looks a really nice hotel and Hearts are probably my favourite Scottish club, plus a hotel in a football stadium is quite quirky so I’d love to stay here at some point!
I'm biased but it is absolutely first class, and as a lifelong jam tart season ticket holder and FOH club owner, from generations of Hearts supporters I am a moaning faced git who will find fault in anything the club gets wrong. Great review.
Looks great Sam, would definitely consider if staying in Edinburgh. Will definitely cater for those who aren't even football fans and want to stay in the amazing city of Edinburgh 👍
I live in Edinburgh & if we're going to Tynecastle 100% I'd stay but if visiting Edinburgh for non-football I would not as not a great Location looking on to Gorgie / Dalry Road not great as only 5 minutes from Gorgie.✌️👍
I’m really happy that you came to my favourite Scottish football team🇱🇻🇱🇻 and I can’t believe that made a hotel in the heart stadium 🇱🇻🇱🇻it looks amazing 😍😍😍the room looks amazing 😍😍😍😍😍🇱🇻🇱🇻🇱🇻 thank you for this amazing video of my very favourite team 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🇱🇻🇱🇻🇱🇻🇱🇻🇱🇻 enjoy your stay in Edinburgh 🏴🇱🇻😍 just sub your channel as love football and love watching it and love playing it ⚽️🇱🇻🇱🇻
@@steviekenny581the same could be said with Celtic 😂 empty seats everywhere except when you're playing Rangers..the difference is the games we sell the least is the OF..probably due to all the glory hunting wanks funding a team in a city they're not from, it only makes it harder for everyone else to compete.
It’s rare for hotels to own their hotels and the names you see (Hilton, Ibis, Holiday Inn) are actually management contracts to a property management company. For Example in Edinburgh the Waldorf Astoria is not owned by Hilton but a company in Abu Dhabi
This is correct. The big hotel chains are all run on a franchise model, and usually the actual owner of the hotel is completely invisible. But the model works because the franchise brand (eg Hilton) offers up tremendous value to franchisees. Booking services, allowing clients to earn and redeem loyalty rewards (which is a HUGE deal to those who travel a lot), as well as consulting services for things like pricing, staffing, etc. Running a hotel is really easy to screw up if you don’t have the knowledge and experience of having done it which is why so many clubs outsource it.
Actually remember my dad worked as a contractor and brought me along to watch the Spartans cup game in a lounge the weekend before its soft launch during the Aberdeen game
I think its cool what their invented at hearts being able to watch the match live from a hotel room looks fun to do if you did not have a ticket to watch them i would love to stay at one of those but i love watching the hotels walk with me tim goes too that 7 star hotel looks awesome but footy adventures does a good job finding attractions that connects with football
More clubs should start incorporating hotels into their stadiums as there's so many tourist fans (not a dig but true) so they can plan their matchday better.
What a hotel and an even more beautiful stadium! It's a shame other clubs (i.e. Aberdeen) don't take any pride in their ground. It's embarrassing for the SPFL that most clubs play in complete dumps (Bar the old firm, Hearts and Hibs)
Now you know how the fans feel they've not seen a league for god knows how long only celtic dominating Scottish football you know that Sam up the hoops Sam's a Tim 😂😂
I wouldn't stay here Footy Adventures. I'll tell you why. It's Faulty Towers! They want you to buy a match day ticket on top of your room stay! Classless profiteering! It'll be home to a migrant community soon enough! Living and working at the Tynecastle reception desk! Ahaha!
FFS shame in you cos we've just won league n pumping youse in Scottish cup final tomorrow up the hoops and bye the way when we pump youse we,LL be the most decorated club in Scotland history makers I've our own don't need to cheat and oooohhh rangers died 2012 , sevconian FC now in Brendan we,LL always trust to skelp. A Hun giruy IB 😂😂😢😮
