Today I played on a single biome world, snowy plains and this is what happened. Leave a like and comment and subscribe if you're new :D Follow me on twitter!: / smallishbeans
This is kinda nostalgic. Reminds me of when Minecraft used to actually have snow worlds (before they added biomes). My sister and I would keep creating and deleting worlds until we would get a snow world, because they were rare and therefore special. 😅
Joel at the start: doesn’t the canopy look cool? I think it looks cool. Joel a few minutes later: this looks better than that weird canopy thing we had at the start.
Pro tip: if you light a villager on fire itll run to the nearest open water source, so if they are close but not in your villager breeder place some water inside and then ignite the human! It’s both practical and enjoyable :)
I find it funny that Joel started this by building an entire building instead of placing 1 slab but then actually considered just leaving his enchantment table outside and cleaning up the snow every time
and the wort part is that when he did, he didn't even waterlog the slaps so they where fluch with the ground, since waterlogged bloks stil water crops, and look better
Because diamonds can be easy to spot in huge caves mojang made the diomand ores that are exposed to air generate in smaller blobs. If you stripmine, you will find diamonds less frequently but in bigger amounts
@@Rhakjellg this is exactly correct because since water isn’t air block, the diamonds have the same rarity as they would if they were completely surrounded by blocks.
About slabs ; Since slabs can be waterlogged, they dont have to be raised above the water to stop them freezing! You can place a slab in water and it still counts as a water source :] Done that many a time on pathways with a farm on the side to keep things watered / Also works for trapdoors! Personally use mangrove-dark-spruce since they look best waterlogged me thinks
Even with the small vains of diamonds, there still really easy to find and it doesn't take long for them to add up. Me and my fiance started a new world and already have 20 blocks of diamonds and half a stack of just regular. Definitely helps if you get a good fortune pick lol
9:12 - "Look how nice it looks when it snows, it's beautiful. I actually felt so cozy because it was snowing in really life here and I was in my house feeling cozy building a Minecraft house where I also felt cozy. It was just like the perfect situation." Sounds like Joel experienced the perfect snowy and cozy ' inception ' situation to me. 😉
I honestly wish that I had the same energy as Joel. He builds these crazy things, that takes long hours because he just wants to and is happy about the results for the most part. I wish I had this same energy when it comes to daily things. Granted that we don't always want to do something and do it because we have to, but you know what I mean.
if im being honest even tho he’s not doing hardcore ore anything this whole video is like how much he builds and makes an epic base cuz ur a great builder
Joel you really needs more of these vids i rewatch these millions of times i can not fall asleep but these vids are just really calming so thx so much joel
Well... He probably does it because he enjoys it (and it's his job) too? It would be really sad if he was making videos just because he cared about his fans lol
Literally everything Joel builds is so cool and amazing I wish I could make things long ie this and as effortlessly as he does, as usual, awesome video, loved want ching it, and keep it up, I enjoy watching your vids. :)
ok, so here's a challenge for you, try this in a "buffet, floating island badlands" world, (this might only work in 1.16) I'm playing that kind of world and it's very hard as one of the only ways to get wood it to find an abandoned mineshaft. but keep in mind you're on floating islands above the void, it's possible but very hard, There is a stronghold so it is possible to beat the dragon.
@@sadiekins246 Yea it's a bot obviously they're not just gonna be here? And MEOW obviously they're bots have you not been on the internet ever? They're some of the most common bots there are YES they're bots congrats genius if you're not familiar with these bots then i really don't think you can recognise a bot at all. I am however proud that you both reported them even though you were not familiar with these bots however please make sure to learn more about the most common bots so that you can get familiar with them to not pose a treat to yourselves. Also make sure to never respond to a bot it's really annoying and will just give you responds like "it's a bot just report it" and similar things like it. I realise I've been harsh but this is serious and like i said mentioning the bots is super annoying! Thank you for you're time 🙇♀
Joel: "But no one cares about the cats." Me (A Cat Person): Internally dying.😱😵 Joel: "Okay maybe I do care about the cats a little bit." Me: Thank the lord. 🙏🐱
you could've use a blast furnace to smelt the chainmail and iron armor to have more iron and traid with the villager but over all i love watching you play its so chaotic yet comforting
Awesome. I got to try some things. I've been in that biome for so long, and I didn't even realize igloos had trapdoors hidden inside that lead to basements.
You're so cheeky. I love it! "It's my Minecraft world, not yours!" 😂 Delightful! You just gained a new subscriber. 😉 This is so fun to watch. Great job, mate!
Pro tip: If you place down a warped mushroom while getting chased by hoglin they will run away and won’t attack you. If you always keep them on you and always wear gold armour the crimson forests are really easy to traverse. Like so Joel sees this he won’t last long without it
I'm really looking forward to this, I just started a hard core world with snowy slopes and groves for over a thousand blocks in each direction. No sheep, no cows, etc.
I always put unwanted iron/chainmail armour trades into an automatically fed furnace. Iron nuggets are better than nothing. Same with any flammable weapons or tools, they make reasonable fuel. 🤷🏻♂️
These videos reminds me of the fact Joel has more building skills in just his pinky nail then me in my entire body XD Awesome video though, its really cool tomsee these kinds of challenges
Anyone love how Joel makes all this amazing stuff and then u see me making a simple oak hut that I’ll use for the rest of the time I play in that world. Then I’ll make a slightly bigger hut and Joel of course makes a castle, I love it ❤️
