quick question, i was happy to see you make the tapioca starch noodles so i may be able to have it, but then you dusted the semolina flour onto it, would I just be able to use a gluten free flour instead? (i can’t consume wheat) ):

you didnt take 19 hours to do it cus you just dont wait for 12 hours for the broth then just start preparing other ingredients no you prepare other ingredients in the meantime while waiting for the broth so im pretty sure it took like 12 hours and 15 min to do after all in 12 hours you would have everything ready by then so you just need to plate
