Tank: Yeah, this my crib. That turtle over there/ Yeah, that's my girl Shelly. Shelly: I aint yo girl, I saw you with that catfish the other day Tank: Shelly crazy, anyway, this is my rock over here. No one got rocks like, ya boy Tank.
I feel like the first time you thought Tank was gonna come back and actually went back in the water, in his head he’s like “nah, lemme get you a little more footage before I return the camera” 😂
Kevin James-- I went water skiing and I found out that I scream the exact same if a great white attacks me... or if a piece of seaweed touches my foot.
@@theonlyjl17 they sun bathe out in the open and are so cute! They are a little shy rn tho so i gotta feed em in the water, they arent comfortable approaching me on land. I just started last week
THIS WAS AWESOME! I really enjoyed this footage. To see from his perspective was especially nice. Can’t believe the number of fish and turtles in that pond.
It's really a jungle there! You have to fight for your space, fish are bumping into you, other turtles push you. Man, it's sounds like an ordinary day of work😂
Awww that was awesome!! Thankyou for sharing!🥰🤣 it was adorable watching them fight over getting the food, fish too!🤣 I have a Mississippi map turtle but he’s in a tank, I always wanted to get him a companion but was told they probably wouldn’t get along.🤷♀️
I'm new to this channel and I really liked this! One of the things that surprised me in this video is how much aquatic life is in that pond. Holy cow, there's big catfish, bluegill and I swear I saw a largemouth bass bump into the camera. Tank really has to get in there and box out the competition to get them pellets!!! Talk about a happy, healthy turtle...Tank had no problem strapping on the camera and giving us the POV of his life.
Awesome video, man!! It is remarkable to get a glimpse of Tank's world and that too from his perspective. It feels as though he is a giant tortise (aka Archelon), and I am sitting on his back. What fantasies it brings to the mind. Great idea with the GoPro and thanks for sharing. Have a good one and stay safe. P.S. The way he scurries along. He's fast indeed. :)
I thought turtles would only sit in one place and chill but I can tell they are pretty active under the water. This was a lot of fun to watch, thanks for posting your idea of strapping the Gopro to the turtle was brilliant. 😉
@Eddy Jin. you realize these turtles are not completely wild. they get fed by the same person a lot in a privet pound. and I think he knows what he is doing. feeding the turtles for years.
@Eddy Jin the strap is not doing anything to the turtle. I mean. my point stands that a go pro is light. oh but heavens don't take my word for it. just watch the video. if there was a "dengerous weight" the turtle would have moved slower. well explaining anything after here would just insult your intelligence
I've had pet turtles when I was little, and they not only move a lot faster than you'd expect when they want to, but they can be a lot smarter than you'd ever expect. The box turtle I had like chasing the dog in the front yard. The snapping turtle knew the difference between food and my fingers and liked getting head scratches. This was a LONG time ago. (The early 70s)
*bumps into secondary school teacher at the supermarket after leaving over ten years ago.* Teacher - "So what are you doing nowadays?" Me - "I watch turtles having lunch, POV style".
AT first I coulda sworn I saw you with an RC controller when turtle surfaced momentarily. But not lol. Very therapeutic video for me. Props to Tank. Give him all the thumbs up.
The ending was so cute! Looks like one of his friends waited for him to go back to the water and just run back at the same time and the fact that he just stay still for you to be able to get the camera off of him is sooo adorable
@@dollin9515 no lol. Small ones are really fast but as they get older they get heavy as hell and it begins to get harder to walk for them. I have had Tortoises before and I can tell you they aren't slow at all as babys up until they reach 10lbs.
