I love love love love Winter.... not a summer gal. I have learned to be grateful and stay in the moment, not always chasing something "better". A peaceful path of gratitude. So much to be grateful for.
Isabel, your videos warm my heart the way my favorite childhood shows did. I don’t think I’ve ever watched one without crying at some point. It isn’t just the stunning scenery. It’s just so comforting to hear your voice, see your daily habits, and share in your highs and lows. I admit I often forget you’re out there, but I’ll randomly open RU-vid and see you’ve posted, and it’s always exactly what I need at that moment. Thank you for the years of updates from your corner of the world. I have so much love for you. 🤍
I'm not sure if you read these or not but all I've had a migraines but as soon as I turned your video on I start relaxing and it's nearly gone. Your voice and the confidence you exude is so relaxing and peaceful. Thank you this slower pace videos of your life, it's such a breath of fresh air. God bless.
Isabel we made it through the hard parts of the winter! We moved to Washington in October from San Diego. What a change. We bought a 100 year old home on 6 acres. We dealt with power outages, frozen pipes and water rising near our property and even our first snow! The snow lasted a day which was nice. Now when I step outside I see flowers slowly blooming and wild yellow daffodils opening. It gives me hope that we are on the horizon towards something beautiful to come. I completely agree that we’ve made it through the hard parts. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. ❤
Good to see you Isabel. I always enjoy your videos and admire your culinary and sewing skills. You dishes look so good and your creations that you sew are very pretty. I admire your honesty about your struggles. To us, it looks as if many RU-vidrs have no worries and we often forget that we all struggle with something. You are young, beautiful, smart, and talented and have a lifetime to work through challenges and your advice to both old and young alike is spot on. I hope that you video more of what winter we have left because I love winter (I live in a warm climate). Thank you so much for sharing. You are a wise young woman. Keep on doing what you are doing.
Your content has been a guiding light for me over the years, shaping many positive habits in my life. Logan's music is an added joy that I look forward to. Thank you for consistently delivering such beautiful and inspiring videos.
I really missed you and your beautiful videos, cooking, sewing, and best of all your kind message. Everything you do is lovely so don't go away. We need you.
This winter video in the snowy mountains is so beautiful. Each scene is a post card. You really know how to frame the scene so well. That alone is worth something. You did a nice job showing different parts of your last month. Your trees are amazing. Wish I lived somewhere like this. Hard to find that kind of beauty in central Texas. Thank you for sharing and have a blessed day. ❤
If I lived there, had all those mountains to myself, I would feel like I was in paradise. When you said about standing on the mountain with the warm summer breeze, it just sounded like heaven . You are very blessed ❤
I love your words "Do the thing that scares you, because it might end up being the thing that ultimate saves you" .... I have never thought like that but you are sooo right. Ron/Sweden
Nice to see you back, Isabel . Have missed your video postings . Your postings are always interesting to watch . You are very talented in your cooking and baking and your sewing . Peace and love be with you .
I’m really gonna be doing it , following my dreams and getting shit done , thank you for the inspiration… and love , and sharing , stay strong , and keep the faith , cheers to better days ahead , your friend Nighthawk
I truly believe that everything happens for a reason Isabel. I am happy you made the decision you did as well. Love you just the way you are. God Bless 🤗💖🙏
Isabel, each time you post, the first thing I want to know if you are well. After that, seeing what you have been doing, that dress you made is one of the best you have made. I can understand the struggle part when you are unable to go outside because of the weather, it is a small place where you live. Love from Mike. ❤
Thanks for another heart warming video. You are such an inspiration and watching you makes us feel present and grateful about life. Can’t wait for the next one. Keep us posted!
The beauty in your head translates so well into your videos, it’s on another level. I love the uniqueness of you and your channel, please don’t ever stop being yourself and creating in a way that is unique to you.
I feel you! I enjoyed the holidays and overall winter as much as I could- but I just keep staring at my dead garden and I CANNOT wait to start growing things again. I’m getting impatient
Isabel, I LOOOVE your videos so much, for years you bring so mich comfort and calmness and basically the desire to love the world around us. Thank you for inspiring ❤️
Such a beautifully raw video - You are incredibly resilient for sticking through the winter! Thank you for sharing and being honest about the harder times, Isabel
You are such a lovely soul. I live in northern MN on my ranch. I often am alone in the cold weather so I get the struggle. I find reading my bible helps but I still struggle. It is part of life…struggle is normal.
She's not though? Like, at all? She's directly copying Jonna Jinton and honestly it's quite sad to see her getting this much praise for ripping off other creators.
Many people struggle during the winter months. I am one of them. I look at it as a time of peace, calmness and reflection. I write a lot of poetry which keeps my mind clear, open, creative and expanding. It's a real-life saver come the darker months. As always, we love our little sister and wish her the very best in life. Live, love, laugh, dear one.
I'm always blown away by how talented you are! The dresses you make, candles, everything you bake look absolutely amazing! The sceneries you share in your videos are breath taking what a gorgeous place you live in.
Her honesty is alway so refreshing. I sometimes forget why I subscribe to Isabel's channel. Then suddenly in the middle of all her presentation while she is making some kind of super delicious cake or dessert she will quote someone and then issue forth some super intense wisdom that is exactly what needed to hear in that exact moment 🙏🏼 namaskaram Isabel, so grateful for you
Absolutely wonderful to hear the birds returning to SW Missouri. They are beginning their mating process and building new nest from all of natures materials that fell to the ground during the heavy snows. And I’m beginning to make my major chores list for this year. Have a few from last year to finish buts it only a full days work. Whether you have just a yard to landscape or thousands of acres to plant or heard of animals to feed and care for all that matters is to get outside and dug into the earth than smell it and crush it in your hands the giving thanks to the Lord our God who will give you bounty from your toils. Welcome ro spring and God bless you all.
You talking about doing the thing that feels scary resonated with me so much. I have been debating to quit my job for so so long. I have experienced a burnout 2 years ago and every day I feel unhappy going to work. Leaving my job feels so scary, but also like the only right thing to do given my mental health deteriorating. Thank you Isabel for sharing your story about leaving college and teaching us all to trust
Winter here too - I just moved to central Oregon recently and have been loving having a real winter! Also excited for spring, just ordered all my seeds for the veggie garden! We are sooooo close!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful life with us, Isabel. Such beautiful landscapes, it took my breath away. I live in the southeast of the US and it's so different here.
I was ready to start outside work, then this last wet storm hit. Now, just ice. More snow expected at end of month for us. Really starting to feel the long winter this last week. Your not alone this time of year. Thank you for the post, makes this life better.
This is so far my worst winter. I'm finishing high school this spring so there's a lot of stress. Also I have to choose on which college I'll go and it's so stressful. I actually enjoyed this video. After another boring day of studying this was really something I needed. Your videos always calms me down. Thank you ❤
Truly happy to see your face Isabel 😊 The dress turned out beautifully!!! And yes I am one of those people that love winter ❤😅 and feel ugh with summer. I don't know why, but it is probably because its super hot at the mediterranean during those months lately, and I am born in July! Feels like my cake is always melting 😂😂😂
Same! But I'm in the Pacific North West~Oregon state. My birthday is in the height of Summer UGH I love snow and rain, fog and wind...I am however looking forward to a little longer days & light!
My husband left me for another woman and I have a daughter to take off. I feel sad and cry although 4 years have passed by. But when I watch your channel I feel relieved and for those moments I feel the wonderful atmosphere that you live in! Well done! You’re an accomplished artist ❤
Same thing happened to me in my past. The person I was married to loved drugs and alcohol and his friends who drank alcohol and did drugs and other women more than he loved me and our sons. I went through terrible lonely sad times. God and Jesus help me to get through each day. He gives me his strength and his peace. I'm single now and I don't need a man in my life. All I need is God and Jesus Christ. 😇✝🙌
I was introduced to oil lamps by my husband and now every night after dinner we use only lamp oil light. I find it sooooo relaxing. Try it if you haven’t ❣️. Thank you so much Isabel for another beautiful video. May God bless you and your beautiful family 🙏🏻❤️
You are so clever Isabel, you master everything you put your hands to. The dress you made is beautiful so suited for you. I live alone like you when spring is here I spend most of my time outdoors. I must admit I give in to the winter months. The reason I do it gives me time to catch my breath do what ever I want to do, when spring comes I am busy constantly from early morning until sometimes dark, after dark if I have burning to do. I think this is the reason I like winter it is lime a vacation, me time. I enjoy the beauty that I am surrounded with as I live by a lake. I had to learn not to be so hard on my self if I took some time off, down time to read a book or go on my tablet. We will be very busy very soon before we know it spring will be here, the days are getting longer, sun is brighter we are getting there Isabel.
I love your videos! I hate winters, too. We also have long, cold snowy winters and after a while of being in snow for so long, I start getting so tired and sick of it and can't wait for the spring (summer, since our springs are snowy, too) to come.
Isabel, it is so easy to understand how it can be challenging, when you are limited to small spaces for a long snowy winter. Just wanted to share this skin care for cold dry weather. 1 Cup warm water, 1 T Honey, 1 T ACV, 1-2 T Coconut Oil, or your preference of oil, spray on face and body because it honey heals, ACV balances PH, Coconut oil moisturizes. This saved my cracking skin in Pagosa Springs, CO my first winter in snow and low humidity. Know that you and Logan are loved and missed when we don't see you. Just always put fun as a priority, it is a high priority for Joy. Hey, you could build an aircrete dome home for a cool, healing expanded home. Then when a baby arrives, just add another little dome to your existing one. Or this is my plan for a mortgage free home.
I love winter. and this time is challenging every year. the change between spring feelings and winter cold. That's exactly why I decided to take it as it is
It is so lovely to see you again. I have missed you. I love your videos. I don't need to switch on a light in my home, as you light up my life brighter than any light can. You are a beautiful strong lady Isabel. Much love to you from United Kingdom.❤❤❤❤
So nice to have you back!! I’m in Australia and can’t wait for summer to be over! I love the cooler months…..not that they’re anywhere near as cold as where you are. God bless 🫶🏻
Thank u Isabel for what i think are the greatest to watch vids on you tube. Loved the flash backs mixed with the 'in the now' scenes and thoughts you are having. Also the dress (that shade of blue color is stunning on you ) , the food, and everything in this...THANK YOU SO MUCH...VERY INSPIRING FOR LIVING A LIFE THAT IS RICH in every way .
Your voice is the best ❤️ So soothing, so calming, my favourite! The shot at 2:14 is truly magical. Your whole videos are magical. You are a special human being and we love you!!! Thank you for sharing your perfect corner with the world. God bless you ❤️🙏🏼
I also do not like electric lights in the morning. It's either light candles or sit in the dark until it starts getting light out. ❤❤❤ If you ever decide to build again, maybe consider building on a bedroom. Maybe leaving one room and walking to another will halp the cramped, cabin fever feeling. We are a family of 5, living in a very small home and when it's winter, i really don't ever want to leave the house. Cleaning a different room everyday and keeping up with baking bread, cooking meals and kid's definitely keeps me occupied 😂😂😂😂. I think you should get a couple bird feeders and put them up by that gorgeous, big window where you sleep. Use sunflower seeds bring in so many different birds and they are a joy to watch. ❤
It's kind of a nostalgic feeling to see you again! 🥲🥲💞 Thank you for sharing, watching your videos feels always like a warm blanket. 🙏😊 This dress fits you very well!!👌🌼💙 Spring is coming...
Glad to see you enjoy February's rainy warm week, and i love your cooking's, i personally enjoyed watching your videos this winter, but the nature changes and happy to see you happy as well :)
I feel so Much like you right now ! Me too can't wait for spring time ! But here in the province of Québec , the Winter is realy not over yet !! 😩😅 sometimes, we get snow in the middle of april !! 😂 But, it is so beautiful outside ! And we gotta share those beautiful seasons ! We are lucky to live in country's were there is 4 seasons ! And sometimes , we want for the Time to past faster, but when we are there...we always say that the Time go too fast ! So we must enjoying every moments ! Tu es jeune Isabel ! Tu as toute la vie devant toi ! 🫶🏻
