Once again, thank you guys so much for the support on the channel over the last year. So grateful to be able to make this happen! My Socials: granthorvat?utm... My Editor: / traacccee
This brought a tear to my eye!! Had to be such a great feeling!!! My dad has supported me my whole golfing journey from junior thru college golf and has an old set of mine… he literally never said no when I needed something that might have been pricy for my family! This inspires me to get him a new set for Father’s Day! Thanks for this video Grant
so funny how you can always tell who the good dads are. he was happy with the clubs for sure, but man did he really speak up about how proud he is of you, Grant. that man looks at you with nothing but love in his heart. very cool you were able to do something nice for him.
dude look how proud your mom is of you! smiling ear to ear the entire video what a wholesome moment with your pops. a true “i made it moment” for ya here grant this is awesome! much love homie
I see where Grant gets his mannerisms and manners from. Seems like an absolute great family. They raised a great son. We thank you, Grant! You make Good Good, and overall Golf, just amazing. God bless your family and you. Keep up the amazing work.
Is anyone else still stuck on what a great thing grants dad did for that kid? to give them his clubs and mentor them. Truly a down to earth and genuine deed.
I love that even at 75 and being a pro his whole life that you can see the excitement in his face opening them up and seeing them!! Nice job young man!!
Cherish it, Grant. My dad taught me how to golf and was my best friend it's how we bonded. I miss him dearly and lost him when I was 27 he was 53. I am now approaching 41 and not a day goes by on the course that I don't feel him out there with me. Bless u and your dad my dude. He speaks very highly of you he's very proud. 💯 👊🏼
it is actually disgusting to watch narcissists make videos looking for recognition for doing something nice and trying to make more money off of it. Genuine good people do things just because, not for clicks and views.
@@anodizervintage9622 he says multiple times in the video why he did what he did, and even credited his viewers and supporters for allowing him to do things like this. He’s not doing this just for views, but rather he’s showing how much he cares about his family and his supporters. But what a real narcissist
Man this tugs at the heart strings for me. Lost my dad when I was 25 and he was 58. I would give anything for just one more round with him. I am so happy for you and your pops!
So cool that he just gave his clubs to a newer player. He wants to game to continue on even though he isn't still playing as much. Love that you are in a position that you can do this. This is just a testament to the father he is and the son he is raising.
The fact that your dad gave his clubs to a kid in need shows what a special human being he is, so it's no wonder that he has a son that is respectful and loving towards him. I hope he has many years of enjoyment with his new clubs.
Over the past few months I've been starting to watch your guys' content and I would really just like to say thank you for the wholesome content. You guys keep it fun and easy. No gimmicks. You all seem very genuine human beings and are individuals that someone can look up to. As a father to a three year old son, I hope you guys still make content once he's a little older. As it's something I would have absolutely no problem at all, with him watching. All the best to you in life.
Man, your dad seems like such an easy going guy. I love his smile. I can tell you get your smile from your dad. You guys look so similar! I can also tell you get your personality from your dad. It's awesome to see. Thank you for sharing this memory with us, Grant.
I love this. My dad is in his 60s and him and I have been playing a lot of disc golf lately and he’s enjoyed every minute of it just as much as I have. I’m trying to get him back into the game after probably 30 years of not playing. This is so inspirational.
Grant Dad had him like 50. :) This is so sweet. Much love and respect to someone who has molded their son into a good golfer and good content creator. :)
Grant you have a great family and we can see why you are such a good person. Your dad taught you the game and now you are taking it to another level just like George and Wesley Bryan learned from their dad who is also a teaching pro and they took it to another level. This teared me up, I'm so happy for both your Dad and yourself, blessings to you, your Dad, your Mom and the rest of your family from Richard in Cosby, east Tennessee. POSITIVE VIBRATIONS!
It makes me so happy to see what you and Garrett have done. I love the fact that your dad helped make you the golfer we see today - has to be so proud of you! All the best!
Ah dude this is so nice. It's a great feeling and a huge rite of passage when you get to a point in life when you can really do something cool for your parents. You got to that point pretty quick!
You’re very lucky to have such an awesome Mom and Dad, Grant! And their reward for all their hard work and generosity is an amazing son like you. You have me as a fan for life brother!
This is absolutely amazing. Couldn't help but shed a tear for y'alls happiness. I brought my 72-year old father/hero out golfing the other day and realized it was time for him to stop using stiff flex clubs (from the 90s). So I purchased a full, brand new set of Tour Edge senior clubs that should get here by Father's Day. I can't wait to experience the same happiness this video brought me ✌️
This moved me to tears. I love your rapport with your family and I know your father is so proud of you! I lost my father 45 years ago and was never able to have moments like this so it makes me so happy to know that you will cherish every moment you have with not just him but your entire family. Bravo, Grant!
Grant.. Let me start by saying please take advantage of every single opportunity you can like this.. my dad passed away in 2019 at the the age of 62 and if it wasn’t for him I prob would have never seen a golf course!! He was so passionate about the game as is your dad! You will never forget this day and neither will he.. it’s the little things in life that matter most and even something as simple as giving a set of clubs truly meant the world to him you could tell it in his smile!! Great Job Grant.. I have watched every single video you have made and this one touched me so much different!!! I truly miss my dad everyday and the time we spent on this golf course together!! I hope your hitting them good up there pop!! #GoodGood4Life #GrantHorvatGolf #RipPop
Grant you got me crying over here LMAO, love seeing all the good good guys be such terrific people as well as terrific golfers. It makes watching you guys a million times better. Keep up the AMAZING work
Coming from someone who is so grateful for every moment I have to golf with my father who taught me how to golf at a young age. My father just turned 70 this year. This video resonated with me to the fullest. Giving is always better than recieving. I could tell how much this meant to you, and it was really enjoyable to see how genuine this gesture was. I hope you and your father can get out onto the course soon.
You're dad seems very wholesome and your story about him giving his clubs away proves that. Great stuff Grant, glad you can make someones dream continue.
Grant dude I just watch this video and I can see a couple things. 1. Your dad is an understated man who is extremely happy and grateful for the amazing gift that you gave him. 2. The pride he has in you and what you are doing and the love he has for you make him far happier. Amazing to watch. Thank you for sharing
easy to see where grant gets his smile. Love it Grant kudos to you, and your dad. He's a good one and it seems you're a chip off the ol' block as they say.
Man this one hits home! My dad is the reason why I started playing when I was 5 years old. From JR golf, father son tournaments, and playing in highschool. So wholesome to see it given back for all the years invested. You and the boys are changing the game in the most positive way!
Your Dad said something that really impressed me and that was that you've took his teachings to another level. You are a great teachers I watch all the GG Labs vids and take away knowledge that will pop into my head when playing this game I love. Thank you for sharing this family moment with all of us that appreciate all of what you do for the "game". Be well Horvat Family.
Grant, You guys are truly an inspiration to the golf world. Its an amazing feat for you guys bringing such a huge development in the game of golf. To watch you give back to your pops is heartwarming, and genuine and you are clearly very appreciative to what he has been able to provide you and others. Keep it up man, you are doing a phenomenal job. We all look forward to your content, please keep it on full send brother.
I never comment on videos but had to on this one. The video brought me tears. I dad passed in December of 2021. My dad picked up golf a couple years prior to his passing but due to his illness, maybe only played 60 holes. I’m a police officer and was a rodeo pro during that time therefore, didn’t spend much time with him at the range or the course. Unfortunately, that’s one decision I’ll probably regret the rest of my life. Since his passing I have nose dived in to the sport of golf just to feel close to him. This video really touched me to see someone do for their dad what I won’t have an opportunity to do. Almost get to live the experience through you. Preciate the content and the genuineness of the gesture!
When I was 4 years old, my dad cut down his old set of irons so they would fit me and I could finally play. I went out in the yard every day to practice and fell in love with golf. This year is my first year back after 5 years away from the game. I'm in my 30s now, but my dad and I still find time to play about once a week. I've been in the 80s every round this year but he still beats me every time! My dad taught me the game from such an early age and it's brought him and I closer again as I've gotten older. I dream of the day I can set him up with some clubs or treat him to a crazy weekend of golf somewhere. This was such a great video, Grant. Loving your channel & everything you guys do over with Good Good.
Your dad couldnt have said it better ! LOVE how you explain stuff through your swings from the tee to the hole and everything outside of it. Good shit, grant. Keep it up. You and the great folks over @ good good got me into golfing and playing confidently. Absolutely adore you guys
real cool to listen to the conversation with you two about your dad watching you grow up and soak up the lessons he was giving! also cool that he recognizes you are pushing it to another level of understanding. set up for success Grant, keep doing what you're doing.
So glad to see you with your dad. We've heard you mention him so much. I really hope you get out there and spend some time with him on the course. My dad was the reason I got into golf. So much so that I realized after he passed away I didn't have the motivation to keep playing so I hung up the clubs but I still love being around courses. Probably the reason why I watch your crew as often as I do is I vicariously get my fix.
As and older man watching you younger men live life right and continuing to give back and show nothing but kindness and love is an amazing sight to see, keep doing y’all , from a lifelong follower now!!!
Its a great feeling being able to give back to the folks. My parents are turning 70 and we are taking them on a 14 night cruise all expenses paid. The best thing about it is that we all get to spend time together. The best gift we can give each other. Congratulations Grant!
Thats so awesome man, good for you! He seemed so ready to get out there and play again, and really loved getting them from you. The surprise factor was epic! Gotta get some videos of you guys playing, and or practicing. Would love to see that!! Keep up the great work, you're killin it!!!
Wow, I'm a 59 year old man in tears. What a special humbling video. Grant, you are special young man, and I can see why. You have two special loving parents. Please tell them what an Awesome job they did raising you! I was very blessed in having two loving Christian parents as well. And your Dad was right - you have taken teaching to the next level by having the ability to not make the golf swing too complicated. Keep up the great work! God's Blessings always to you and all the GG Family! 🙏
Grant this is so reflective of your heart. You’ve obviously been raised beautifully with love and faith and it shines through on your videos, even without knowing you personally. Keep shining legend Guy
That is amazing and made me feel all warm inside. I'm glad you were able to do that for him and I'm sure he appreciates it more than he has the words to say. I lost my father recently and this was very nice to see thank you.
Awesome Grant! Amazing to see you and the guys giving back the way you are to those who’ve helped you become who you are. Looking forward to you two getting out on the course together soon.
This is awesome! Grant, your dad seems like such a humble man….and you can see how happy he is with this gift. I feel like a father&son round is in order!
That's awesome brother,so happy to see yall succeeding and making golf great again, thanks for all yall do,I'm 47 and just got back into golf again less than a year ago,and I have improved so much since starting back and 90% of it is thanks to yalls teaching videos #GOODGOODVIBES
Such a beautiful family! You can just tell there’s a lot of positive vibes and hopefully your dad will get back out there to play golf and stay healthy :)
Good for you, Grant! You are a great person, you were raised right, and your parent's are great people! That fact that your dad gave his clubs to a kid so he could play is simply amazing!
This is just incredible beyond words. Thank you so much for making a video with so much true touching footage of a wonderful family that God has blessed I’m helped you to reach out and touch others here. I watch this and I teared up, I’m 58 and I have two boys that golf also and the time you spend on the course is precious and something you will never get back. Thank you for having this channel I’m definitely going to subscribe it’s stuff like this that makes life worth living
I love seeing guys give back especially to parents that supported them unconditionally growing up. Well done Grant and well done family for raising a fine young man.
So wholesome grant so happy for you and your dad to give back to the one who’s helped your grow and he’s so happy please post a video for us when he’s back playing would love to see it.
Love it. Happy you guys are all giving back to your parents. My best memories of my golf life are all the ones with my Dad. Props bro, hope to see you around DFW someday soon!
So awesome, bro. It's tough watching parents get older. Makes you want to hang out with them every day. You're an awesome son and your family looks great.
Seeing you and Garrett making these videos makes me so happy my dad passed away last year and he helped me get in golf always wanted to do something like this for him. Love all y’all’s videos. Helps me get through more than y’all know!!
Great job, Grant. Your parents did a great job raising you, it is plain to see. And your Dad is right, you have a natural knack for teaching. Keep up the good work!
This is beautiful man, it’s wonderful seeing you and all the good good boys not only succeed, but invest in your family and fans as much as you all do. We are blessed to have you guys on the platform, I’ll always be here for it
We all need a man like Grant’s dad in our lives. Fathers are so important and you can see the large impression he’s made on his son. Wonderful stuff to see
I could just listen to them two talk about the swing and everything they know for hours! When he gives you lessons it’s fantastic. You can see where your teaching ability comes from 100%
Lovely gesture, so much happiness in this video. But, and its a big one. I think your dad would have gotten a new set of clubs after he gave his away, if he wanted to play. And the problem is that i think he wants to play, but as anyone else who has been really good at something, when you notice you are not on that level anymore, its easier to quit, than to face the reality of aging or whatever the issue might be. I would say that the best gift you could ever give him is to bring him out on course, no stress, and let him find the joy in golf again, even though he hits it 50% shorter than his glory days, and the up and downs turn in to a up, passed the hole, then down. Im only 35 myself, but i see this in my dad, they get "scared" of stuff that was no biggie earlier, because they arent as good at it anymore, so they rather quit than see it as a fun time because so much pride is at stake.
Hats off to your pops for growing the game of golf! He has no idea how much he has helped the golf community by making you have a pure love for the game!
Congratulations you have been selected among our shortlisted winners from our previous giveaway, contact the number above............................✔️
Made me tear up. So wholesome ❤️ keep up the great work Grant. Everything you and Good Good are doing with golf brings so much newfound love to the game!
This was warming to watch. You are a gentleman Grant. Its also nice to see a family together like this. Not a super common thing these days. Congrats man! Keep up the excellent work!
I had to comment again. When you start saying you are reciting what he has taught you and he flips the script saying that you have taken it to a whole new level and are a great teacher. Which are so true. You can see how proud he is of you. Man, I've never rooted for a group of guys I've never met more than I do the guys at GG.
Dude I love this! I wish I had been able to play around with my dad. We never did. He picked up the game in his 50's and I was early 20's and for some reason we never played. It never really hit till watching this video. This was something we could have really enjoyed doing as adults. Give your dad a hug please!
I didn’t have to see your parents to know what kind of people they were, I knew they were great people because they raised an incredible young man. You don’t turn out the way you are without great parents and that’s just a fact. I loved watching this, I lost my dad a few years back while I was in college and I’d do anything to be able to go play with him again. Cherish every day you get with him because tomorrow isn’t promised. Cheers buddy, keep up the great work.
