I lived there for 1 year, my wife's Filipina and thank you to show in your video how much filipino people are very friendly and kind ... a lot of love ❤from France to the Philippines 🇵🇭
My God, literally had tears in my eyes when the young lady in the t-shirt kept insisting to give the 5k to the homeless. You must snip this part of the video and post it separately. I'm from Dubai, am so touched by her heart. God bless her.
Hi Harry, I admire the lady that gave you free food and seriously she has a big heart and even strongly refused the money that you offered. God bless her much.
Being a Filipino I’m proud of my country with all people in the Philippines 🇵🇭 you’re caught the trends being a foreign vlogger you’re amazing, no matter you don’t have money you really can survive it especially if what you did while strolling around and you can help also bro inspired people in the Philippines that there’s a lot of way to earn online that have a good passion to do something and improve life because it’s so good vibes ❤😎🫡🫡🫡🇵🇭
I just found you a few days ago but i admire you for how much you mingle with the locals. You're such a genuine person. I will keep watching your videos.
This series can show the kindness and generosity of the local people, and also present the beauty of human nature! The lady who wants you to give your money to someone else who is more in need is really great! I like this series more and more, Harry surprises me every time, thank you very much for sharing! 👍🥰🙏
Harry, many Filipinos have not explored those places you've been. I admire you taking those steps. I'm still in awe of your kindness and generosity. You will be adored even if you don't offer money because of the respect and kindness you show. Way more than a challenge. Thank you for inspiring us.❤
I'm pinoy and I haven't been back in the Philippines for over 10 years, i'm really loving your content and seeing my country through your vlog. Thanks for this
What ever it is that keep you coming back to the Philippines deserves a warm welcome. Your challenge is sacrificing and shows how kind and generous the Filipino are, both rich and deprived.
See now what are Filipino attitudes warm people because we are Godly in nature may some races copied the good works of Filipinos for love and peace on earth
I am becoming addicted to your blogs, Harry. Having lived in the US for 38 years. I am learning more about my counyry and countrymen more now that I’ve started watching your channel Thank you and take care. God bless
That is the best challenge you made Harry since Pakistan days. I never expected you're already in Manila. It really shows Filipinos are friendly except that old man who is KJ and hypocrite who said he doesnt drink water, haha. How i wish i could meet you and aso show my kindness and hospitality.
Wow, what a challenge! Well, Filipinos generally are super kind, happy, resilient and so accommodating despite the poor living condition as shown in your vlog. Mabuhay! Can't wait to see more of your vlogs!
The Philippines, I've been there for almost 4 years , all i can say is i love Filipino much more than people in my homeland... The kindest people on earth
I work in one of the high scrapers in BGC, and I've never been into the neighboring slums, you're probably right when you said terrible inequality in the Philippines. But what cheers me up is the people, they are indeed happy and contented with simple living.
absolutely we are almost same blood, filipinos had a taiwanese, malay, indo and black people bloods before the chinese and other asian, europe and western traders came to the phils
I’m Filipino… I think Philippines n Indonesia and Malaysia those 3 countries I would say has so many similarities..my roommates in college are from Indonesia…and I experienced the common denominator of the two of us…
One good thing about us Filipino is that we are very willing to help those in need. Even though we are also struggling on our everyday lives. But still enjoying life and trying to be happy as always.
Thats so kind of you for giving the traffic enforcer a bottled water. Because of that, you got more blessings from people who were also willing to help you. ❤
I was only to peek shortly and no intention to consume the entire video but lo and behold, I ended up watching the entire vlogs. I was inspired by the generosity and kindness of Harry and the rests of the people whom Harry interacted with. What transpired here really surpassed my expectation, better than a documentary film as this is a spontaneous combustion with no script about human nature in general. What a treat Harry, now I become your new subscriber, looking forward for more vlogs like this! Keep it up Harry!
I am A Filipino and attesting to Filipino hospitality even in areas where life is a struggle financially. I don't even know the extreme life beyond the perimeters of hotels and skyscrapers in BGC. So sad knowing that BGC is an incoming generating area and no decent housing projects for people in the slums.
Not all exactly , some probably agreed to buy from him because his a foreigner and plus he was shooting a video, but they won't if it's an homeless man that is their own kind, some might give but very few compared to a foreigner person
Outside of some Middle East countries, I can't think of an easier country to do this challenge in than the Philippines. Good on you for giving money to people who help you.
Thank you for filming this kind of video, this much shows how Filipinos are generous and has a good heart :) Also kuddos to you for helping some kababayan. Enjoy the rest of your stay here! Ingat
A very generous act of yours Harry. Ali does the same. You can see the economic disparity in the Philippines. If I am not mistaken developers are trying to acquire the land beside BGC for further expansion and relocate the people maybe a few years. Filipinos are really helpful to the needy willing to sacrifice just to help. It's in the culture.❤❤❤❤❤❤
Good job Harry...u were able to overcome ur challenge...I LIKE UR IDEA OF DS VLOG.... showing how kind n hospitable we are as Filipinos on the rich areas n in the slum as well
21:56 This woman don't wanna have anything to do with vloggers featuring poverty porn. Glad to see fellow kababayans who are genuinely kind. Salute to you maam💪🏻
Thank u sir for being kind enough to document your adventures or social experiment if how people here in my country will treat if you have no money. Aside from being hospitable we are also compassionate beings always seeing the situation of others if we were in the same shoes or condition. My countrymen may not have everything like material things like our rich asian neighbours but what we have as being welcoming to foreigners is already of great service on how we treat people here.😊🎉😅🌈
Harry, so great watching you back in BGC! And yes, that's a sad reality of not just PH but most developing countries - the contrast between the rich and poor. But it's more pronounced here in PH i believe, from what i've heard from other foreign vloggers. But i'm hoping that in time, wealth would become more evenly distributed among the masses as PH is actually one of the fastest growing economies in the world now. Anyway, looking forward to your next vlogs. Hope you were able to visit some of the places i recommended to you before. And wow, just saw in your IG that you're in Japan now. I can't wait for that too coz Japan is actually my one dream country destination in Asia! But hoping too that you would come back to PH again for Season 3. Would be nice too if you could spend Christmas here as we actually observe it as early as September and continues up to January. Weather is much cooler too, and with less rains. :)
Thanks for appreciating the Pilipino hospitality. Great you stayed in the hotel without electricity. I like your attitude. Your so kind, good and understanding. God bless you sir Harry.
I'm glad your rewarding people as you go along. Asking people who have less for money or things for free feels awkward but I'm glad many got generous rewards and even the giving away of water is a nice gesture.
Aiko is absolutely wife material. So humble and sweet. The only time she gave in to the money is when Harry said for her family. When there’s nothing a woman won’t do for her family, not only is she wife material, but that’s who you want to be the mother of your children.
Your new Sub here from NY. That’s really a good challenge. It would be difficult to do that in other countries but Filipinos are very generous by nature. Thank you for rewarding hard-working people.
Thank you Harry for your kind words re my countrymen, whether they are from the slums or from the skyscrapers. May you be continuously safe traveling the world!
Wow that slum room looks so much nicer with the lights on. Kidding of course. Love how you still give and show the hard working people some love! Appreciate you Harry!
That was very brave of you, and due to the kindness of the Filipino people you were able to survive without money for 24 hours in the Philippines. THAT'S AWESOME!!!
Mr. Harry has a good entertainment with everyone so happy for all guys. Philippine people have so much honey also kindness. I love Philippines. Thank you Harry
lovely Filipino people ... I have some lovely friends from the country on social media, and I will share this video with the. Keep going Harry. Best wishes from Goa.
New subs here Harry. Thank you for giving blessings to the kindest people you meet in my country. I am happy to see they treated you well and you likewise to them. Be back in the 🇵🇭❤. 😊
HI HARRY..I can see that you are enjoying your challenge..😊😊..Really kind of you to give money to the people who help you..Thank you and please enjoy your stay..hope someday you will also visit here in Baguio city or here in Cordillera..GodBless Harry..sending love and support to you..😊😊❤❤
I first saw you on Ali’s videos and this is the 1st video I watched from you and I must say it truly opened my eyes about the slums. It makes me more grateful and appreciative with what I have. Thank you for making and sharing your experience.
You’re back, Sire! And with new gimmicks. The young lady who gave you food, Aiko, she looks like she went to school, speaks very well, very smart. That lodge, they have the hourly rate if you want to “mess around” for a few hours, that’s why “she” was like: what are you going to…? I knew Sire wouldn’t spend the night there, with no electricity, no aircon, no fan, yikes…! Nice little camera trick. Lol… Interesting vlog, Sire….
hi harry your amazing , one of a kind foreigners but your the one of thousand vloggers who super generous and kind to everyone else , millions of hearts touch your very good attitude and may our god bless you always and your stay here in the philippines meant so much to you .thank you for sharing everything ,Cheers my friend.
Wow!!😮amazing!! You are a foreigner in our country...so, we're just showing off our being hospitable!🥰but, in reality...if you're a Filipino it's very difficult to do what you did bro! Maybe, some would give but, others are not!🥹😌
I am happy to see you back in the Philippines Harry and so is Ali...thank you for sharing your blessings with my countrymen...take care and God bless you❤❤❤❤
I enjoyed watching this. I'm so proud of my fellow Filipino. My first time to see/watch your video. I hope to know/hear your realization and observation.
