I Swear - English Insults - Tosser 

As an American I'm learning just as much as the French.

Next step would be teaching French insults to English people. We have absolutely magnificent insults here, like "cornichon à roulettes" ou "triple buse".

I look forward to these. For my local timezone, it's right about when I get home from work. I feel that my previous comments have been now noticed by Paul so I am hopeful that "fuckwit" will be featured soon. Maybe some Canadian insults? Hoser, duster, bender? Hoser comes from the person who used to have to hose the ice down after a hockey game before they had Zambonis, but now it just means loser. Duster and bender both mean a bad hockey player or general idiot, but specifically, duster is a hockey player who spends all their time sitting on the bench gathering dust, and a bender is someone who’s skates are tied badly so their ankles bend and they can’t skate well :)

In my part of France (Lorraine) "tosser" means to drink (a lot) mainly alcohol.

Here's a regional American insult, it's my absolute favorite. From the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region, "jagoff" is like a combination of dickhead & moron, but with extra emphasis. Best part is, it's not recognized as a swear word nationally, so you can call someone a "complete fucking moronic dickhead" in the paper or on TV, you just use jagoff. THE. BEST.
