@@roadtoplatbutimbad4738 yes I’ve watched gc gameplay obviously this joke isn’t accurate like all other bad jokes, I’ve watched thanovic, spookluke, wayton and others play
I was gc2 +2k hours (now gc3 :D) and after a a couple hours on controller at a friends house I was able to beat both of them in 1s (they are champ) it was close games tho normally I 1v2 them with ease on kbm
@@GoogleUser-uo2bf I don’t understand how y’all play kbm ur literally moving 8 axis on a game meant for 360 movement and still prospering and some able to hit pro level💀
I stumbled across this video and your humor in the beginning made me pause the video so i could Like and subscribe. Honestly awesome! I will give you a little advice about making videos. Plan the best you can and make sure they end with some sort of conclusion. Keep making content and I know you will be successful! Also what ever program your using watch plenty of tutorials and with time you will get faster at it.
talking as a guy who has a controller but plays in keyboard, after watching the whole video, im gonna give it a try, this simple video inspired me to try and play with my controller, good content
For saying you don't know how to edit, this video seemed pretty good. Kept my attention the whole time and I play on controller lmao. keep up the good work man
Its great to finally see someone use the exact same controller bindings!! These are imo the best and efficient bindings! I also came from kbm so its great to see this vid
Good video! I'm also on keyboard and mouse and I've gotten very close to hitting grand champ multiple times, I'm planning on doing that before switching to controller
Those are AppJack controls, I recon, as I copy-pasted the same. Be prepared to destroy a lot of right bumpers ;) I killed a few, but can't convince myself to change them, as they are so good as you said. I just switched air roll right on the left button, and air roll left on the right one... It makes the tornado speed even more intuitive, as it is stick right/right button, and the reverse tornado to get under the ball in the air, like a "big spit", stick left/right button (I'm biased air roll left, I try to train both, but still lean to use the right button :(. Also with those reverse, when you want to jump dash to a wall, it's the button closer to the wall, same when you want to jump off that wall and retrieve fast your horizon, and even in shadow defense and want to jump block a powershot, it's the button on the side the ball is coming at you, but now I don't even have to think about it but it was just a good trick for the first few hours.
I played on kbm for 700 hours got to gc 2 max, now I had been almost year inactive in rl and now i thought about to switch to controller to make something new happen and get some motivation to play
Wouldn’t an analogue keyboard (Yes like a wooting) give you the same ability for varied inputs but without having the restrictions and relearning process of switching to controller?
@@Angremaanhonestly after you use a wooting for a while with analogue input you actually get used to it and you do get the benefits of having analogue control.
i'd say its pretty easy after a week of learning the basics. i swapped from kbm to controller and i am now wayy better on controller than i every was on kbm
ii forgot my controller, and now its being shipped to my new house, so im forced to use kbm. The learning is going alr so far. 1 week in. nice content btw
When King Ranny was talking about your play in the corner, is that in the GCR/GCBC? If so, I also paid for that program and am a KB (no mouse) player. Very mechanical but have been struggling so hard to play better. Been thinking about making the switch myself but issue is, is I absolutely love being a KB player. The difficulties you face, adversity and people’s reaction finding out you’re KB. But man, I remember when I tried controller for a month while my wrist was broken and life was so much easier in the game 😞 great vid though!
if your pulling down your left stick to stop and reverse, you could probably benefit from using rizzos controller settings, if i remember he has his left stick as move forward and move backwards
Bruh I'm 3.8k hours and c3 div 4 one game off gc but I took a 5 year break funny enough started in 2017 gold 1 off placements then 3 weeks later hit c1 and took a break came back got c2 in like a few month c3 a few months after that and been stuck in c3 a little over a year it sucks but you got this I'm 28 for reference so if I can do it anyone can but I also have a competitive gaming back round I was in the top 1 percent of cod players with 110k kills in mw2019 alone so my reflexes are faster then many but like I said enough about me you got this
I was gc2 +2k hours (now gc3 :D) and after a a couple hours on controller at a friends house I was able to beat both of them in 1s (they are champ) it was close games tho normally I 1v2 them with ease on kbm
I'm currently at 5,620hrs KBM and addicted to RL since late 2015/early 2016.... Every time I try controller I'm clearly #BronzeAF. Curious to see how this goes for you.
great video but the tutorial part lasted too long, consider cutting more from the video and leave only the intresting or part. the tutorial part was good but after 5 min was little bit boring. good video anyway
I have 630 hours (on epic game) and peak dia 1, should i switch to controller? I tried controller once but keyboard feels easier to move, I just cant make those small moves.
that's all a matter of preference, stick that you're comfortable with, I play KBM, reached c1 around 1500 hrs and quit playing actively, few hours a week at most now controller won't make you suddenly "not shit" in the game you can reach all the way to gc1 with close to 0 mechs (in terms of stuff like air dribble) just by right positioning, rotations, adapting to teammates playstyle and ball prediction+when to commit and when not watch evample he plays with kbm and does stuff that sometimes even not possible with controller because keypresses are immediate and stick movements are not
@@konstantin90s Evample is the reason im on kbm rn ngl. If he was on controller too, i would've switched cause literally everyone is on controller. I can still air dribble and kind of flip reset but everyone says controller is so easier so i always question myself about switching or not. It hasnt been 5 hours (controller) and my ground dribbles are almost the same as kbm, its so easy to control.
i was also around 2.2k hours when i decided to switch. two years later im nowhere near the level i was on kbm and i kind of gave up. im diamond-ish on controller and gc ish kbm
Yoooo I have been on controller for around 2000 hours and I am d3 but I just changed my settings and it’s horrible. Can we maybe play together sometime ?
Using individual cases of exceptional keyboard players as examples, when the vast majority of pro\freestylers play with a joystick, is a fallacy. Am freestyler on kbm, and i have controller to compare
@@gwinblade9689 do you think there's no ppl above champ rank that play on keyboard? I dont know every player in the game, im sorry, but the point will remain the same. Theres a bunch of ssls on MnK
