Please for the love of god Alex do not do this. There’s too many channels that tackle the small scale stuff, and fewer & fewer channels taking about the big time. Be the limited supply to an endless demand
Need to do more of this. Being able to story board multiple successful pathways for a business you're not even in is a skill and Alex is doing it on the fly. Brilliant. The guy was built to build businesses.
I've been following you for a while and I can say without a doubt that you're the person that provided the most value for me personally, business wise. I'm a person who takes notes when I'm trying to learn something, and I wrote more than 200 pages of notes just listening to you. Watching this video I realized that I knew in advance what are you going to suggest to Unspeakable in order to grow his business. That alone says something about how much I learned from you. I'm in a process of building a startup myself, and you are being of a great help to me. Thank you for providing good quality free content. I really appreciate it.
Interesting. Reading between the lines it seems like Unspeakable was doing what he loved 6-7 years ago, and then when it morphed into challenge videos to keep up with culture, it migrated into some weird spot between passion and work, which is why you get him randomly implying in response to when Alex is making recommendations to his business that he's kind of over it, and definitely can't see himself still doing it in 10 years. The miscommunication here seems to stem from a fundamental difference in character, whereas for Unspeakable he sees himself as an artist wearing an entrepreneur hat, as opposed to Alex who's mission is to circumvent every influence, thought and emotion that would seek to create resistance and prevent you from taking action in order to deliberately and single-mindedly pursue success. I would've loved to see this interview hit next level and see them hammer out their differences on that more fundamental level. I would love to be next btw
The thing is cars are clearly his passion. He changed his content to mirror Mr Beast after seeing his success and although it has been a wonderful business move it isn't what he loves to do. Meaning it is exhausting him. His new car channel is actually what he would want to do if money wasn't a factor and that is why he is dividing his focus.
RU-vid Channels live from personality. Outsourcing would kill the channel. Unspeakable wants to go back to something he loves doing while this Alex guy just wants to push his money grab.
First: this series will 2x/3x your channel in less than 6 months. No doubt about it. Just look what collabs did for Colin & Samir. Second: this is SO great. Useful and builds your character more as you're now reacting to other people too. DO MORE!

This is amazing value. I hardly ever see someone with this level of business expertise provide monetization ideas for a RU-vid entertainment channel. This is very interesting since the solutions are definitely not obvious in a lot of cases.
Really interesting perspective - I think figuring out that product is an important thing to do! Have tried to implement it myself by pivoting to a model that derives a lot of money from selling individual coins as opposed to talking about them... but am still getting AdSense revenues. Quite helpful!
Unspeakable "hey Alex what do you think about..." Alex cuts off unspeakable "Energy Drink" Loved the video brotha shows people more than just an edited video all hype and energy it shows a thoughts of creators... Excellent!!
One pretty good comp on the "scaling content" side would be Smosh. They started with the two main dudes but now 95% of their content is of their cast, which makes it way easier for them to add new / different people. Likely a case study to dig into there.
My son watches unspeakable all the time, funny to see him in a different light. Very cool to hear about the business side of his Chanel and future plans. Love it!
He should do a co-host contest. Kind of willie wonka and the chocolate factory. He get the attention and can tour the country like American idol. If he had a consumable product he could make a golden ticket

This is beautiful marketing for content creators who want to leverage their online image in order to maximize the potential income they can earn in the business they’ve built.
It blows my mind that this one conversation is probably going to 10x this guy's business in less than half the time with a higher likelihood of success.
Love the Energy idea...I think the key to a new one is healthy energy but more than 20th Century Green tea, etc. There is only one polyphenol with the correct spatial structure to enter the bloodstream adequately to trigger AMPk....and it needs to be purified.
Fascinating. My son loves Unspeakable and consumes his videos every week. Unspeakable put out one video that was a 'podcast' about the business. For the first time, I saw this young man as a serious individual who was deliberate about everything he did whilst making a fortune from derpy videos! My son has noticed that he is less visible on the channel these days and it's great to join the dots and see why. However, he is also less enthused about the videos as Unspeakable isn't in them and is watching less. Without his presence, the brand would die. It's interesting to see both sides of the equation here and that your instinct and advice to him are spot on.
Loved the multiply current efforts to expand. Very on brand for Hormozi content. Had to laugh a bit about the triple/quadruple/quintupling down on “come out with an energy drink” The guy obviously wasn’t excited about that. Should he really come out with product he isn’t excited about?
I honestly think the energy drink would be the way to go here. See, he’s thinking already 10 years ahead. His audience might range between 12-16, but in a few years, they also will evolve. Meaning that they will pursue a different type of content, and consume a different type of product. He can evolve with his audience so they still relate.
