Kroger sold the tainted cards, they should be held 100% accountable.

So we have a card. Raised barcode. Can go online and see the original balance and see where it was used. Clear in another state. I don’t know how it’s happening!

I purchased my wife a Visa gift card as part of her anniversary gift and she went to activate it today, and it had already been used. Craziness.

Now I know how it’s done 😂 y’all telling all the secrets

The barcode should be on the card and the jacket that way they can trace that card if it is ever used

Yep. I have a Visa gift card & it won't scan at any store. The website says it's active but I can't access any money from it.
