Maybe just maybe every single item was good they weren't great but they were good each item worked exactly as it was supposed to work I don't see a problem I'm 16 minutes into the video so I still have another 7 minutes to watch but so far every item has done exactly what it was supposed to do what do you want him to do ? Lie to you and tell you it was garbage when it wasn't? Even the onion cutter worked just fine look how it diced up those potatoes like they were nothing The onion was because he doesn't know how to cut a damn onion :-) The outer layer of a large onion like that tends to be soft and rubbery very hard to cut with a tool like that that's why you remove the outer layer he didn't do that he removed the paper but not the outer layer had he remove the outer layer it would have cut the onion just fine I know it would have because we can see how well it cut the potatoes just fine

Yeah tyler took a HUGE L on this video. Respect has been lost and a lot of people feel the same way. That drone is a worthless piece of crap that would maybe last a week. The camera probably didn't even work.

He doesn't make a lot of money his sponsorship was most likely of the items they gave him a budget that let him buy those items and that's probably all he got but corporations in the US government have made sure that RU-vidrs have to make silly statements like this is a sponsored video even though it's questionable whether I would call that sponsored or not He was definitely outside of his comfort zone most of the time he doesn't really know what he's doing and that's kind of why he's cute and charming in that regard as he works through and figures out how to use things here we don't get to see that because he jumps from what I am to the next two quickly A lot of the time what you see is him trying to figure out how to use the item and to be fair every single item worked exactly like it was supposed to I don't know how you review things but as far as I'm concerned the correct way to review things everything gets five stars That's where everything starts you start at five stars five stars means you gave me what you told me you were going to give me and it functioned as it was supposed to function you lose stars when things go wrong or it's built cheaper than its price warrants or you cut corners or it's just a crap product that doesn't function correctly etc but every item starts with five stars and then you go down from there based on how well the item works etc But you also have to factor how well it works based on its price you can't compare for example the onion chopper thingy he tried to use to a $300 aluminum commercial grade and vegetable chopper that would not be a fair comparison The damn things plastic can cost $2 and it would have worked fine on the onion if he had a damn clue how to cut an onion he doesn't know how to cut an onion those kinds of onions you have to remove the outer layer not just the paper The outer layer is soft and rubbery and it will jam up flexible cutters like that even the commercial cutters have a tough time cutting through that outer layer of the onion it tends to just flatten out and squish into the blades and again if he didn't entire video on just that which he wouldn't do because there's not enough there to make an entire video he would have eventually figured that out most likely and you can see it works perfectly fine when he cut the potatoes without issues I'm only at 16 minutes so I got seven more minutes to go but so far every single item he is shown has done exactly what it's supposed to do what more do you want it's kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy when you're giving a budget and told pick whatever you want you're going to tend to pick things that grab your attention that you like that you want that you think you're going to work so the odds of everything working goes up I could buy a ton of crap off AliExpress because they have that $2 section on their app and I'm going to a little crazy with it I got too much stuff but so far everything is fantastic except for one thing just one there was this motorized cleaning brush for the bathroom absolute garbage it was like $4 and it's an absolute piece of s*** The motor is so weak you touch it and it stops it has no torque no speed no torque it's absolute junk but everything else I've gotten so far has been wonderful solar lights for $2 you know display power USB cables for two bucks 433 megahertz switches for two bucks smart life power monitoring Wi-Fi switches for two bucks you just it's hard to argue with that kind of stuff Even the hat with tails to protect you from the sun and a baklava front which I didn't need was very cheaply made you could tell it's thin fabric it's not very high quality but again it was a $1.99 and it functioned perfectly fine and the quality was perfectly adequate for that price point The only change I had to make was I had to loosen the headband a bit and then use a dab of super glue to hold it in place because I had to loosen it enough to where it would want to just come out all together but that's because it's a Chinese hat and I have a giant head :-) But again when you make this kind of a video you tend to get things you want so you tend to already know they're kind of going to work What makes this video lackluster is that it's not the kind of video he normally does you don't really watch videos to get reviews of stuff from Tyler you watch Tyler be clueless about what he's doing and then slowly learn how to figure out how to do what he needs to do and by the end of the video he's kind of got it and you get an idea of what kind of product it is That's what makes his videos charming and fun that's what keeps me coming back this was a fundamentally different kind of video because it wasn't that normal thing that he normally does it's not him shilling it's not him selling out it's him trying something new to see if he can expand the content of his video library but problem he's going to have is that he needs to make enough money to buy new things to make new content and if the video itself doesn't make enough money per video to get new things then he eventually either ends up spending money to do this instead of making money or he runs out of content so he's trying to try new things That's not chilling or selling out he hasn't apparently lied at all in this video yet so far everything has worked and done exactly what it's supposed to do it's just not his normal kind of content

​@@emma6648That's not dishonest That's just not accurate there's a difference between dishonesty and inaccuracy and you're right That's what makes his videos fun He's half clueless about what he's doing half the time and you get to watch him bumble through and try to figure it out and that's kind of what makes the video fun That's why I watch him because he's entertaining He doesn't do traditional review videos and that's what he's trying to do here a traditional review video you just see him bumbling but not figuring it out because he's not spending enough time on each item so it's not the same vibe that his video normally gives

Some of em were really good for the price but man that onion cutter was terrible. I liked the little drone if I had the free time I'd get it. Sure it's range and battery probably aren't good but that's so cheap for a drone that seems to fly good enough

I can watch any of the other review channels with a silly dude reviewing shit he doesn’t know much about. I have the same suspicion. They essentially got him to do a commercial for them. I would love to see him purchase these exact same products using a new account with a dummy email address to test the quality of the products they send *us*, not influencers. EDIT: Afterthought, the way the pricing of the items are displayed feels like this was definitely promotional in nature. I’d be surprised if Tyler wasn’t paid for this video, which, legally he has to disclose as a paid advertisement. Not trying to be a dick, but if Tyler sees this comment I do hope he’s more careful with sponsored content in the future.

That was the only really sketchy part of the video so far I was so waiting for that shelf to collapse on top of him when he bent over with his head underneath those goddamn blocks I was like Jesus dude you're crazy come on situational awareness pay attention I am impressed at held even though the moment arm was very small I would like to see him make a small 28-in desk and see how much weight you can put on the end of it if the end of the desk can hold even say two cinder blocks I'd be really impressed by that

@@860SkateCo This is true for everything except shipping. These Chinese companies take advantage of the UPU by claiming they are a developing country. In that way the Chinese can send goods internationally for free. Most of the handling and ultimately the delivery is done in the country of destination by local employees who get paid in that country with your tax money. So in the end we are paying taxes to pay for our own "free shipping". China wins, we loose but don't know it.
