I have been using huawei for more than 7 years and I am so happy that I can't tell you. I have a P40 and at the same time I have a watch and a laptop, they work in full harmony and my phone has no google service, so my charge goes more. Plus, I don't get ridiculous notifications, but if I had google service, I would get tons of notifications. I dropped the device from my hand on the stairs and when I picked it up, there was not even a scratch on my device, which surprised me a lot. I think huawei produces the best devices of recent times.

All USA companies lobbied against it, so it happened oh-so-illegally, pressuring TSMC oh-so-illegally into submission. Classic USA shenanigans. The fear is still real though: China might pull it off in the end with in-house products. That recycled 2016 tech spurting out a 2023 flagship is mind-boggling! P.S. I'm not sure if you've noticed, but they just decide to simply ignore them. I mean, even when they review products from other companies, there are plenty of instances where they should've addressed Huawei, but they don't, as if Huawei never existed, just like here with their pro version of tablets. Even when the Mate 60 Pro was released with a new chip, not a single mainstream techie covered it.

My last huawei phone was the mate 20 pro. Honestly bought it since they where the first and only at the time with under screen fingerprint reader that i knew of (this was before the s10 launched) And i gotta say, i miss that phone. It was a proper piece of tech that surpassed my expetations. a great camera system, amazing battery life, innovations that they dared to try before anyone else. It was amazing. But sadly it got cracked after dropping it from my hands in the winter onto ice. and while it still worked after that for half a year. it slowly got more and more broken to the point of unusuable. Which then i bought a s10e and missed the huawei. To be honest, i would have gotten a new huawei if it wasn't for the google ban. and even trough the years i've considered trying it again. But there has been recently rumors that the phone operators here in norway will block all new and old huawei devices from their cell network in the comming time which has made me stay away for the time being (aswell as daily driving a z fold 3 as we speak) but am hoping thats not the case since i know many ppl that still use huawei phones today (they are still being sold in store here)

@@IronMan-fi3xz i dont think so, only thing they can do is not supporting the bands the phone can use (somewhat only important if u buy chinese model phones and your country doesnt have the same bands that the rest of the world uses). iirc, they could ban the Sim carrier (Vodafone for example) to access any cellular access, so u have to swap out a sim card only for a different brand. The bans are because the Western govts are terrified of being overtaken in tech. Govt regulators hide behind fake Chinese spying threats and IP theft claims (which doesn't even make sense since Huawei is beyond Western tech) in order to squash potential competition from the big bad scary commies. It's truly pathetic if you think about it. They shouldn't have decimated their industrial base and dumbed down their educational systems. It's very cool to see what Huawei have been up to, since no one talks about them anymore. I assumed they weren't doing very well and was amazed to find out they are still making good products

that's the difference between chinese and western companies..... if this kind of sanction happens to a western company, they'd just fire everyone except the executives... but huawei kept their R&D and kept creating new products and patents so even after a few years, we don't see their products are behind but actually more advanced than their competitors

We need more tech RU-vidrs like you. As a tech enthusiast, I will always appreciate it when tech RU-vidrs would actually support these brands, Brands like Huawei, Motorola, Sony andwhat's left of Nokia and HTC, they need all the support we can offer them, I still miss those amazing brands like LG, Palm, Blackberry, OG Nokia, HTC's Sense days, I just can't have more of other brands being pushed out by either U.S, other brands or some tech youtubers P.S. commenting from S23U just clarify I'm not biased but a tech enthusiast

This feature has been on Honor and Huawei devices for many years. Basically, you say the trigger (user adjustable) plus 'where are you?' and the device replies with 'I'm here' until you find it. If you have another device you can use that (without speaking aloud)

Finally Huawei gets some love in terms of reviewing their products! Their phones and other gadgets are constantly growing even with the bans from the US, and they are pretty strong at evolving and pushing through the problems. This video covered pretty much everything, but could you consider doing some tests with the Maye/P 60 Pro vs the Galaxy S23 Ultra, the iPhone 15 Pro max and other flagships? Battery, camera, performance etc just to see how HarmonyOS and Kirin9000s or the SDG2 hold up with Huawei's optimization. Also the cameras are pretty sick, would be nice how they hold up as well.

Hey Arun! Back in 2020-21 I saw your Huawei P40 pro review, moved by it and ended up buying one. I really enjoyed using it until I had an accident and shattered it. Now this Huawei Mate 60 pro looks promising. Can you please (add too many please with it) make an in depth review of this Mate 60 pro (maybe compare with S24 ultra or iPhone 15 pros? Even my wife encouraged me to put this comment here! I will be waiting, mate! 😉

As a P60 PRO owner, I have no complaints. There are some apps that I cannot use that I have made accounts by logging in with google, and I also couldnt get my galaxy watch 4 classic to pair up in the app with my phone, but that only led me to discover how amazing their smartwatches are. I am getting 5 days of battery with constant vitals monitoring and 24/7 always on display. The only thing I miss from my watch 4 is the ability to do contactless payments but I can just as easily pull out my physical card.
