The butter trick works really well - but only on COLD butter. The idea being if you have left the butter in the fridge and it is so hard it rips thru the bread rather than spreading, the peeler has it in such a thin sheet it melts almost instantly after touching the hot toast. Or even soft bread. But only from rock hard. Room temp and it is as useful as a fork to each broth.

16:30 this hack actually works but with cheese slicer instead. My “butter spreading routine” will never be the same without this hack. Just make sure that the butter is refrigerated before you slice it 😉

10:00 I think this is a special type of Japanese grape, I've seen where they offer peeled/peelable grapes to guests in their home. The skin is thicker & the grape is quite large.

2:22 the freezer hack did work, but with those, to make sure the pattern you do keeps its shape and stuff, you bake it first for it to cook slightly, so that it doesn't run or bleed through like the red did when you put the normal cake batter into the tray at the end :) it didn't show it in the video which I feel like It should have because that's the only way I've seen it been done XD

I’ve never heard of par baking the design. It works because u use a chiffon cake recipe to make a roll cake and chiffon is thicker and fluffier so it doesn’t run.

the batter he used for the design was way too runny regardless. in the video you could see the small batch she made for the design was thick and held it's shape when piped. and the actual cake itself that it was done with in the video is different, it's not a normal cake like he made. in the video she did not bake the pattern first because there was no need to. he just didn't follow the actual steps.

The second one, the bread thing, your container had a bit of a thick edge so the bag couldn't wrap well over it. If the container had no thick edge, like in the vid, it would've worked easily. ;)

The first one; it’s not meant to be a cake but a roll, rolls use different batter and have to be super thin so you can roll them up while still warm (: it’s a roll with whipped cream and fruit.

14:40 l actually do that with cheese 😅and I'm really questioning myself, why l never thought of butter 😂💔. l think that's useful with cold butter, cuz it won't spread nicely on bread, but if it was very thin it's gonna melt more quickly and spread easily👌✨

the butter one does work! the butter has to be straight from the fridge so it’s hard and i prefer using a cheese slicer (similar to the peeler but bigger surface area)

You need concord grapes for getting the skin off and making the jelly. Yours seems to work anyways, but that’s why it was easier in the video. Also, grape jelly you buy at the store is from concord grapes, which has a distinct flavor.
