I wish I had some more time with this combo, but I only had it for 1 region and a boss fight :(
Leper's path is Tempest and I'm running the Shambler's Pet to run 2 Stained trinkets.

I got this spicy leper combo on act 4. Lets just say the Boss never recovered after those 5 hits.
