Since I work as Security I see my fair share of dealing with tiny humans. I'm sorry that you had to go through that.I would of made the kids pick up the trash and apologize to you. You handled your self real well.

So, after being physically assaulted, someone came up to you, not to apologize or check if you're okay, but to complain that they need to stop a child from assaulting people?! And then they failed to stop said child from assaulting you again, undermining those very complaints? I don't think they understood the assignment when they were the designated adult. Alledgedly Assulted 👀..... I was hoping that it was just in game scenario, Ai related.... Sadge to hear that it happened IRL, & nothing was done about it. That irks me more, when something happens to you, & possible bystandere be like 🍿👀. Truly uncalled for, hope it doesn't happen again. Some kids these days are just brats. You should report them to the police to at very least have a stern talking to. I would definitely have reported them

I don't know if it's the same where you live but here until a kid is old enough (like 16 or something?) their parents are responsible for their crimes, so at least the parents would have to compensate it to you somehow. I know it's probably too much effort, but I just really don't like the whole situation. Sorry you had to love through that shit

They should still have it available on cctv if they've got a decent security system in place but I get what you mean about nothing coming out of it. Esp when it comes to those types of brats. I think you did the right thing, you handled it incredibly. I won't lie, I'd had lost my sh*t.

I would definitely look into the possibility of cctv footage! Regardless of their age, they are still acting out of order and pose a threat to the general public as well as posing a threat to public property. There would also be some witness accounts, but it would be getting them to speak out. I completely the understand the "but what can police do about it?" because it is easy to talk yourself out of these things and to minimise the situation as not a big deal - but it is! Standing up for yourself can be hard but I do hope, in whatever you chose, that you remain safe🫶🏻
