We were taught at a basic level that one must be cautious in everything bcox you don't know what the future holds for you, but I'm surprised at public servants nowadays, especially the politicians and its a shame

A painful choice? At least he says he "thinks." Assuming for a moment that that's true, so what? Such irrelevant views from someone who should rather be congratulating Napo on his selection. There's so little decency left in our public discourse.

NAPO may be a person who doesn’t suffer fools and tells it as it is. NAPO is certainly assertive but is not arrogant. Check the dictionary meaning of arrogant and reconcile it to the fact that NAPO worked very effectively with the bureaucrats and technocrats of the ministries of Education and Energy, as a non expert of either and achieved outcomes in the two with unrivalled success.
