This video was filmed in October of last year when Amanda came to Seoul for the first time. Now that I'm at home so much I've finally gotten the chance to edit it! Watching it back now I feel like we were so lucky to have gotten to spend so much wonderful time outside together. 호주에서 많은 교민들이 코로나로 인해 인종차별을 겪고 있다는 뉴스를 보고 왜인지 사라님이 생각났네요 이렇게나 한국을 좋아해주시는 분도 많은데 말이죠 ㅜㅜ 모든 곳에서 아시아인에 대한 혐오와 차별이 없어졌으면 좋겠어요..!!

Looks like Amanda went with the plum blossom design. Good choice because my understanding is that the surname Lee was inspired from that flower (이화). I'm also a Lee so I have a particular affinity for plum blossoms. They also smell 100 times better than cherry blossoms.

i went to korea for a week in february for what was supposed to be a four month long study abroad. unfortunately my university made me return to the us due to the corona virus. but within the week i was in korea i went to insadong, specifically the same plaza you got the poo bread in. it was so bittersweet to see you filming in a place i went in person. i miss korea so much and made so many memories and friends in the week i was there. i can’t wait to return next year ❤️

I really have to say good on you for asking about the nuts! You would be surprised what has certain things in it. My sister works food service and frequently has to tell people about honey in things that they didn't think it would be in (for vegans) and she had really bad food allergies growing up so my family checks on that everywhere. But you'd be surprised how often people don't! There's always a chance it can be in something and it was really cool to see you ask. Especially since this shows just how hard it can be. How even if you expect something to be ok.... Sometimes it's not >

T____T I was in Seoul late October to Early November for BTS’ Speak Yourself tour, this makes me so nostalgic. Actually the entire time it didn’t rain and the weather was a little chilly, but perfect fall weather. I didn’t get to explore Insadong unfortunately, but next time I will for sure.
