To add to that great PSA about fire extinguishers... To use a fire extinguisher... just remember "PASS" (Pull-Aim-Squeeze-Sweep): Pull out the safety pin, Aim the nozzle at the *base* of the fire, Squeeze the trigger/handle, and Sweep the spray back & forth across the base of the fire. Useful mnemonics for the kinds of extinguisher in the USA are: Type A extinguishers are good for things that create Ash when they burn (paper, wood, cloth); type B extinguishers are good for things that Bubble when burning (paraffin, gasoline, paint); Type C extinguishers are good for things that Conduct electricity; Type D extinguishers are good for things like burning metals that are Durable; and Type K extinguishers are good for things found in Kitchens (oils, grease, fats). The type of extinguisher you're holding will be clearly noted on the label, and yes, there are some that are multiple classes.

I saw a truck twice trash picking in Pickering, Ontario. This the first time I saw this recently. People do not leave stuff out here like you find. It has to be in bags. Recycling in bins. We are very organized.
Out here in rural west Texas, our VFD also uses the sirens to call volunteers, issue tornado warnings, and routine maintenance. They have a number of siren wails that indicates what’s going on. I mean, if it’s sunny, you know it’s not a tornado. LOL
The worst debilitating pain I’ve ever had was a trapped nerve in my neck going down my shoulder into my arm. Be careful what you do to ‘relieve’ pain in that area you could make it worse.

It is definitely a dog bowl holder, I bought the same one at Hobby Lobby years ago it came with two stainless steel bowls in it. Mine is the same color green, I bought it for my yellow lab to keep the food up off the floor it made it easier for him to eat out of!

If your having muscular problems, try a chiropractor. He/she would help you in so many ways. I've been going to them since I was 13, over 50 yrs. I can't count thexways they have helped me!! You might have to try a fewto find the one that works for you, they aren't all the same. You need to take care of you so you're able to do the things you love. They're really not meant to be used long term. They pull, yank, and snatch on things / tissues that are not meant to be stretched and yanked to that degree. Ligament and tendons are CONNECTIVE tissue - not muscle that is elastic. They are only supposed to move so much 🙄.
Always be very careful with old fire extinguishers. We had a family friend that refilled them for schools and company’s. He was refilling one and the nozzle blew off the top. Let’s just say he didn’t survive. I won’t go into the gory details
