I Tricked an NPC Into Trading Me a Shiny Pokemon.
Bit of a differernt video but this was a really refreshing hunt & video to make! Alolan Pokemon & Alolan Raichu will always be one of my favorites and there's no better way to hunt them than doing a "few" trades in Pokemon lets go. A wildly underrated game for its aesthetics

Sad thing is though, he won't be able to name her without transferring her to SwSh or S/V since he's not the OT Found out that the hard way after getting an Alolapix myself

4 things I love about this game. 4: you can transfer from Pokémon go. 3: you can somehow find Green. 2: get traded shines. 1: your rival is actually nice to you through the entire game.

@@TheGodIvy Mean rivals actually push you to succeed. Making you hate them makes beating them feel so much better, and also gives them room for character growth throughout their own experiences. Nice "rivals" are not rivals- they're friends. They often come across flat and boring with zero development and take up screen time with their endless supportive dialogue, adding no conflict to your journey. They are in no way better than mean rivals.

1:46, i whole heartedly agree. i feel like alola doesn’t get talked abt enough (and if it does its always in a degrading manner) but i feel like a legends tapu game would be SO fun and js an overall amazing time. not only would it be packed with lore to the BRIM, but it would also be a great game to shiny hunt in, a great game for visuals (if pokemon can do them correctly but yk..) and js an overall great experience that will boost alola to everyones favs

Name the pretty girl Coco! It's brown like chocolate so ir can be a reference to cocoa, which is used ro make chocolate. Also coconuts are brown, and also tropical, like Alola, where this raichu is from!

i remember doing a solosis tera raid (i dont have the dlc) and the solosis had a odd tint of blue, at the time i thought it wwas bc of the poison tera type but i caught it and noticed it was still blue, then i realized i got a shiny solosis without even owning the indigo disk

When I was watching this I was playing Pokémon shield and I encountered gallarían moltres, I’ve been trying to catch it for so long, I threw a quick ball and I caught it first try, I was so surprised. And the funnier thing is it was when you finally got the shiny alolan riachu.
