I like the whole “giving back” part of the channel. This was awesome - the Scion was the coolest thing I have seen for a food truck. Also liked the video several months back when you helped the fisherman with fish houses, etc. This is the definition of “living your best life” for sure.

Been watching you Mav since out on the lake to 24 hour challenge and you were nervous about forging the berries, being that they might be poisonous. Bulgogi is so good. Prime rib is called "Galbi" Mav is correct, usually those meat are usually wrapped in a lettuce with different Banchan. Korean usually serves meat from many different parts separately. They all taste different, and cooked or served differently to amplify their taste. Good experience Mav! It was nice of you treating your friends particularly with premium Korean BBQ. Cheers!

Hey Mav, here's a really good soup recipe that's quick and easy and delicious, would fit perfectly in your pot that you use, I'm just showing you the simplified version. There is a lot of ingredients in this it's called tomato beef macaroni soup, it's a Canadian favorite, but there's over 14 ingredients in the full version, but there is a simplified version that you can make in your ride. -1 pound ground beef -1 can diced tomatoes - 1 or 2 containers of Campbell's beef broth (In tetra pack not canned) - 1 cup macaroni dry (With the full version I add mushrooms green peppers onions garlic celery etc, but simplified version is above if you want to throw any of those things in you can). Basically just add all those ingredients together (Brown the ground beef and drain Grease) let it heat up and then add the macaroni last once everything else is heated up so the macaroni does not get overcooked. I am from Canada I know you are usually in the Minnesota area so you're used to the cold. Show Canada some love and do this recipe and do a shout out and I promise you it will be the best soup you ever had ;) I can email you the full recipe version when you're at home or something if you like the simplified quick camp version. Will be checking your next video, hopefully you try it out! Also hopefully you'll reply to this I'm just curious what happened to your truck? Did that rat that was in there screw it up to the point you can't use it anymore with the wire chewing?
