I love the idea of a nice espresso while I plunge. Thanks for the idea brother! I’ve been cold plunging nude since it’s inside my barn/pool house and I can have a private space but I never thought about anybody not doing it any other way. 😂
I love drinking coffee and in plunging naked. It elevates your experience. And I love when the sun comes up and it hits your face while you're doing this. I'm going to try the stretching though I've never done that before.
Nice videos.. You got me started in this. Got the ice barrel 400 with chiller and penguin wrap. And about 300.00 of different fittings from amazon... :) I told my wife her skin looked like she was 21 years old when she got out. Now she always wants to go in.. "It Hurts So Good." Praise Jesus... xo
I was under the impression that any breathing techniques done in water could be dangerous. or is it just powerful exhales or breath holds that are dangerous and could cause blackouts? Thanks!
Great video as always. Really like these hacks. Have used and tried all except 4 ice packs (great idea) and 7 contrast therapy. Thanks for the reminder on essiantial oils, I've not tried for ages. Love the pre workout plunge, I just find I have the best workout and feel positive and strong. Here in the UK with colder temps, I like a cold hose shower outside after and about 10 min air drying with movement to help built heat again and extend the cold exposure. Great hacks! I am currently a daily plunger..naked@36 degrees for 4-5 minutes. My additional hacks I would add are the slow entry with the pre and post head dunk. I always see people kind of flop in or crash down into the plunge. I prefer the what I call “elevator entry”. Then immediately dunk. Then I repeat the dunk after my time is up. The end dunk I stay under til I get that brain freeze on my forehead. The rush I feel as I come up and get out is amazing!! Anyways, as always, love your content. Take it easy all.
One other thing I do is to humm on the out breath. If you hum you only can focus on one thing. I do not know why this works but it does.When I put my hands on my knees or thighs I can focus on tiny warmth between the palm of my hands and leg. Or any thought other than the cold water makes it bearable.
I do the naked an it s something else on water under 45 , the balls transform jajajaja ,, cool video dude , I'm working my way to 39 I'm doing mostly high 40's because my wife wont do it if I go below 49 .. I'm defeetly trying the Coffe on the plug ,, thanks for the tips

Wait, we’re allowed to wear clothes in the cold plunge, why didn’t anybody tell me? My willies’s been freezing. I do it before I work out all the time best feeling. Take some niacin do about five minutes of fast cardio, and then jump in before your workout. You will thank me later.
I will keep my hands out of the water. It will let me stay in colder water and for longer durations. Not sure if it takes away some of the benefits, but I like not having numb hands!
