@@StateofKaitah there is also the All my things im yours lip tint, Daisque melting candy balm, Etude house official syrup glossy balm lipstick, Etude house ginger sugar melting balm, Florette nice to meet chu jelly lipstick, Heart percent dote on mood dewy melting lipstick, Laka bonding glow stick, Mude drizzle balm (im particularly interested in these), Peripera heart jam glow, Peripera ink mood glowy balm, Risabae two slash four glaze lip changer (also rather intriguing). These are all the ones I remember. There might be more but im not sure.

Yesss!! I would love a lip gloss comparison video, or a lipstick one! I’m looking for something that actually lasts more than an hour or two, but always feel that every product breaks up my lipliner and makes it vanish really quickly.

One of the best things about popular K-beauty lip products is that they will release seasonal colours to expand their ranges. The Romand Glasting Balms are about to release new shades for Fall/Winter, and they look to be gorgeous mucky neutral-but somehow saturated figgy/nudey/reddish colours.

You have the best makeup videos! Not ‘speed reviews’, or whatever their called, and never hear about the product ever again and how it actually works and compares to others and saying everything is pretty 🙄. Your detailed descriptions, swatches etc.. make your channel the only one that actually helps in knowing which products would, or wouldn’t, fit our tastes. Plus, you actually make them entertaining, as well as informative, to watch. Thanks!! In terms of ideas I would love to have a comparison of eyeliners, I haven’t been watching the channel for long so I don’t know if that’s a product you tend to use but it would be amazing to know how they compare in terms of colors, and specially how long-wearing they are. I currently use the VB eyeliners and though they are very creamy and glide extremely easily they smudge like crazy on me, even after setting the heck out of them with powder.

Time for my monthly return to the State of Kait glossy balm video. I’m not usually one for thick lip products but the Nature Republic ones are incredible. The formula is thick enough to be plush but it doesn’t glue my lips to each other, and it doesn’t do the white strings AT ALL. I also find it’s genuinely nourishing, which is concerningly uncommon in the glossy balm world. It’s so rare that I find lip products with so many options for fair cool-toned skin. Fig is my perfect everyday pink, and lychee is nice for a deeper option. Tysm as always Kait, I’m sure I’ll be back next month to leave another glowing comment lol.

Wow this video is amazing! The level of detail is crazy, I dont think I have ever watched a more comprehensive makeup review video! Lipstick is my favorite makeup category, like I wear lipstick every day! Im gonna go ahead and order the Nature Republic ones and Romand! I am already biased about Romand as their Juicy Lasting Tints are my favorite, I feel like Romand really nails their colors, I mostly used cool tones and their cool tones look natural and beautiful on my cool/neutral olive skin! As a fellow lip balm addict, here's my ratings of the products I have from the video: 1. Romand Glasting Melting Balm - 10/10 Love this product so much! So glossy and pretty 2. WAKEMAKE - Dewy Gel Glaze Stick - 7/10 - Quite good but can get milky (caught in lip lines) which I dislike. Worse than Romand. 3. Em Cosmetics Lip Cushions - 10/10 - Love these so much! Great texture and moisturization and love how they make my lips look. And shade selection is awesome.

I don’t know why it took me forever to watch this video when I’ve been waiting for it! All the glossy melty balms in my collection are represented in this video. The one exception is Fenty Beauty Slip Shine Sheer Shiny Lipstick, although I wonder if you would consider that more similar to the Glossier Ultralip formula.

Warm rose eyeshadow. Golds, mattes, silvers, glitters, etc. I have blue eyes like you and that color makes them pop. But it also makes green and brown eyes pop too!

Thank you for all your work on this one! I purchased the Hardcandy one. The only thing that sucks about drugstore lip products is the shades. All of the other Hardcandy shades seem extremely cool and bright or dark and warm. I’m definitely interested in trying the Wakemake Gel Glazes but I’m going to wait until Romand releases their fall/neutral collection so I can order them together. I don’t mind a slight plumping sensation but the 3CE product seems like it pulls extremely warm on you and I have even more of a cool undertone than you I think (I’m a true summer and I suspect you’re a light summer?) so I don’t think that would be a good match for me.

Agreed, I tend to reach for indie and luxury brands purely because of the shades. Drugstore shades can be a bit…harsh? Not sure the word, they don’t seem very sophisticated but the formulas can be amazing!

I’m loving this video and was super excited for it!! Suprised to not see the Nabla ones in this video based off what I’ve seen online it looks like it belongs right at home in this video. Maybe it just looks more melty online than it feels in person?

Yay, thanks! They aren’t melty at ALL. They’re even stiffer than glossier ultra lips so they would be an entirely different video. But I do love them!

ok these Nature Republic balms looked sooo nice on Amazon last week, so i added the shade “Lychee” to my cart. i absolutely love how it smells and feels & makes my lips look. they have like 12 shades now. i liked it so much, i just searched them on RU-vid & here we are lmao. i’m definitely getting more of these!

I agree about the YSL Candy balms. I got the clear/pink, which I love, but I couldn’t find another color that I liked or looked good on me. I wish YSL would put out more shades.

You looked STUNNING!!❤ Omg the Nature Republic lippies! They look 😮 can’t wait to partake💃🏿 I loved the Sweet Pink the most in the YSL Rom&Nd Mauve Whip Coco nude, lip so pretty! Girlactik in Tulip, Rosie, Au Naturel and Sparkliest are my jam! I like that they are not so pigmented. I like a sheer look sometimes especially when wearing a…bright eye look😅 I kinda like the Van Gogh in Em cosmetics! (Thank you for the code!! ) Hahaha the Mac description was probably written by a writer trying to use their craft during their 9-5😂 Been there! This was a great video thank you!❤ I saved it for my next haul💕💕 My suggestion for another video is mascara. I have heard such great things about Korean mascaras for example the Heroine Make by KISSIME Long and Curl Mascara Advance Film (phew the name!). I prefer non waterproof mascara so that would be my prefernce when reviewing the Korean and American mascaras.

I just got the About Face in The Cranberries, and I really like it. You can blot it to calm down the pigment, so I like that it’s versatile. They also last longer than most of my lipstick/balm hybrids.

@@StateofKait they definitely are! It’s a scent I can handle oddly enough because usually I have problems with strong scents in makeup. I tried the NYX Butter Gloss - that one borders on nauseating for me if I apply too much. I don’t want to wear cake icing!

I'd be so curious to know your thoughts about Allie Glines' new brand Ravie Beauty and her lipsticks. In my opinion they're more of a glossy balm, much like a lot of the ones you featured here. But they're buildable and wear beautifully.

I reviewed them on my IG stories the other day! Review coming tomorrow on my Instagram feed. They wouldn't fit this video, they are a lipstick that holds their shape, not a melty product at all. They're actually really similar to the Iconic London melting point lip that I have in this video, which probably shouldn't have been included today but the packaging was so similar to Hourglass, I wanted to include it for those who thought it was a dupe. My review will be coming to RU-vid soon!

Yes! Use the search icon on my channel and type in “Nabla” and you’ll see videos that feature them. Dea and Luz are my favs. They don’t fit this video because they hold their shape.

If you want something more pink, go Happikiss Pillow Takk, if you want something much more muted, like a dull beigey-rose, go Venetian Rose. They’re very different shades but Pillow Talk is my fav

There must be something wrong with my Rom&nd Glasting Melting Balms because they straight up smell and taste like soap 😢 And I am not sensitive to scent in lip products. Perhaps it’s just the batch I got because they’re super pretty! I’m excited to try the Nature Republic ones though!

It's just that people perceive artificial flavorings differently. I've tried three different Romand products, and they all smell different, but all are very unpleasant, like cheap dishwashing detergent.

I have only tried MAC & Makeup by Mario… I hated the makeup by Mario enough to return it. It gave me that spiderweb gloopy mouth effect and I really didn’t like the slight opacity of it either. I do like my MAC one in the red shade, but not enough to buy more shades, or repurchase. I don’t think the tinted glossy balm sticks are my thing. But I am Totally intrigued by that nature Republic one now 😍🙌✨but really I am just die hard for the Naturium lip balms when I want that glossy look 😅🤷‍♀️
