1. i audibly laughed at 3:45 2. i unconsciously made a capsule wardrobe when i studied abroad in college and to this day i have no idea how i picked everything so cohesively and lived off of those ~15 outfits for an entire semester because i've never been able to do it for even a weekend trip after that. but like you said "bring items that you love" and damn i loved every one of those pieces. when it works, it works!! can't wait for pt 2, would love to see the additional pieces you bought and how you styled everything for fall/winter!

I don't have a capsule wardrobe but I am working on a colorful, minimalist wardrobe. I noticed that, for me, it works best to focus on two bright colors, one pattern, and then neutrals. So most of my clothing is yellow, bright pink, florals, black, and white. With a few layered pieces for the "colder" months, this has worked great for me. I've been doing this for about two years so I like getting inspiration from others too! I loved your clothing combos; so bold and so YOU

I loved this video! Seeing all your colorful fits was honestly so inspiring, and it's definitely thanks to you that I've started mixing and matching way more color and print in my wardrobe (something I thought might never happen- for years, most of my closet has been blacks, greys, and whites 💀). I did a capsule wardrobe several years back when minimalism first popped off on youtube and It worked alright for a while but eventually I got tired of the boring neutral colors and then I've just been really wild with my pieces ever sense. I'm making up for lost time I guess.

Whatttt all that clothes fit in a carry on!?!?! Impressive!! Can't put cereal space at risk so i get you! Loved that these outfits were realistic, not every day is a going out day lol I can imagine how exhausting it would be if they were. I also loved how clutch those black shorts were, imma need to find a reliable pair like that for myself. I guess for the next videos, i would be interested to know which piece was used the most, even with the season change and how much or how little you had to buy to supplement for what you didn't have, especially for weather change. girl lemme tell you- all the shorts you see is all that I have.. srsly!!! hahahahah, I haven't had the best luck when it comes to finding good shorts ;; - ;; esp not thrifting either but welp. Oh and the other 2 black shorts were comfy ones that I knew I would need for the summer time :)
