I have the Higher Dose sauna blanket and they make inserts and I love it! I live in Wisconsin and you know the winter blues are real! It gave me such relaxation and warmth during the winter. I also have chronic joint and muscle pain and this thing has changed my life. It makes my muscles loosen up and I’m able to recover quicker from my workouts! Glad you love it 😍
The timing of this video is crazy! I have been using mine for a few weeks, and have had a super similar experience down to keeping it on the floor with a pillow and foam roller, to not liking the insert, the the lines on my skin from the wires! This truly felt like I was watching a friend do it with me. Thanks for sharing your experience with it!!
my mom and grandma live in japan and they have GREAT skin bc there they have ofuro's which are basically just hot tubs but they would use that every single day for about 30 mins and it gives the same effects a sauna would. their skin are soooo glowy, that's what inspired me to take skin care seriously. also they eat a well balanced diet with fruits veggies etc.
There’s some study showing that sauna at least 4 x per week for 20 mns cuts all mortality causes by almost 50% iirc. Ronda Patrick talks about it on here. I think in Japan they know about the dangers of too much raw plants, no? Like spinach. Just seem to be more knowledgeable. They have the same expenditures in healthcare like the uk but much better health outcomes.
Hi Morgan, thanks for the review. I just ordered one. I live in Canada and get too cold in the winter. I am looking forward to the warmth and to feel the benefits for myself
I just bought a portable sauna tent thing and am waiting for it to arrive. The gym I used to go to had a sauna and I believe that it helped to lower my cortisol level and in turn helped my weight loss at that time.
I’ve been watching your videos for a few months now and you seem so genuine. Absolutely love your content. I got so excited when you moved to south Texas as we just recently relocated down here as well. Maybe we will cross paths one day so I can give you props in real time, but for now I’ll stick to the comment section 😂.
I love infrared saunas, I have access to a little 1-2person one were we live know but I’ve been sad know that we’ll probably be moving sometime this year and I wouldn’t have access to it anymore and there is no way we could afford getting one ourselves when we move, not for awhile anyway. But when I heard that there was a blanket version I was SO happy, I’ll be saving up for one of those. 😅
The sauna blanket would be beneficial for me as I have tendinitis and I've been told it would help with inflammation. But will I use it?? Lol. I have a sauna at my gym and have used it maybe 3 times in the last 7 years.
Since you moved to Texas you'll have 100+ degree weather outside every day for 90 days straight soon. 🫠 It's like living in an oven for free. But in all seriousness saunas feel great, especially if you can go straight into something cold after, since that transition is supposed to be good for you.
