@@everyonegetselfears1444 idk. I just did. Honestly it wasn't this hard and yes, I didn't have much things like correction, oignon and layers but I did good with it.
From animating 4 legged cats, to animating 2 legged cat. Good transition. The pain that you had to suffer through just to get this video out, I'm so sorry. It was an interesting challenge, and pretty entertaining to watch!
Okay, warning: this is loosely related... But does anyone else agree that old warrior cats fan art and animations hold a certain charm? Like, I don’t know what it is, but the slight lack of art skill, the MS Paint quality, and just the general style of most of the old fan art looks so charming. Kind of in a nostalgic way, but not really because I wasn’t in the fandom (or on the internet really at all) back then. It makes me wish that I read Warriors and had access to MS Paint back when the fandom was new.
Yes. Every old piece of warrior cats fanart or a warrior cats meme, it has a certain style to it all the time. Like the cats having emoticon faces like '>:3'. It's so weird, but also nostalgic.
So from this context of not knowing anything about these characters this is what I summarised: Cat girl looks at friends and decides to commits vandalism I’m pretty sure that’s very off but-
As an MS Paint veteran, the erasing stuff was pain :') If you copy and cut the entire canvas while having the sketch color on color 2, you can fill in the background color, paste, and the color is gone. It works because your technically only filling in that color. But for animating in Paint, I thought this was heckin' good! Aside from spending an ungodly time erasing the sketches, it's way better than I could ever do rn with a drawing program! Ah, I still remember drawing in Paint with a mouse though... I dunno how I ever got used to that...
BROOO- THATS REALLY GOOD THOUGH everyone, just look. No matter what program, you can make a MASTERPIECE! look at me. I only have a school iPad, but I never give up. Becuase I know, no matter what, you can animate! Even if it takes forever to practice, you can do it! Look at north’s old animations. Look at how much north has improved. You see? I belive in all of you!
This just proves that the fanciest programs or most expensive tablets won't make you any better at art. Although they may make the process easier, it all comes down to your skills! :') ALSO FREAKING AMAZING!
Knew there are people who make actual masterpieces in MS Paint, but didn't know until now that it was possible to animate with it. Mastering the full artistic potential of MS Paint is like taming a feral horse. Difficult and unnecessary, but an achievement nonetheless.
A quick way to remove a sketch layer is make the first color the color you wanna delete and the second color white then left click and drag over your sketch it'll turn only the sketch layer color white and nothing else
Omg the end product looks so amazing even more so when knowing it was made in paint! I used to start animating in paint and using windows movie maker for editing and it sure was painful trying to get even somewhat smooth animation done. I was around 10 years old so it actually wasn't good looking at all, but to me back then it was amazing. Amazing work and thanks for showing your progress again!
Yoo nitw! I'm so glad that all people haven't forgotten that masterpiece of a game. I swear i learned so many life lessons from that game it blows my life how much it helped me with mental shit
This was honestly amazing xD the animation is stunning too ovo MS paint was the program I used in my first ever animation. MD paint, and windows movie maker. Those were the golden days I swear-
I would love to see you draw in ibisPaint X or animate in Flipaclip! It wouldn’t be nearly as hard as Windows Paint of course, but a lot of people use those programs and it would be pretty interesting!
ms paint is the most GARBAGE art software out there. granted, it's AGES old and was considered revolutionary when it came out, but still absolute garbage.
Possible challenge, try to animate something in Flip-A-Clip? I mean, some people say it's a bad program but others think its pretty easy to get the hang of. IDK just a suggestion
You should make a Microsoft paint map, lol. Proof that a program alone doesn’t make good art. It could even be limited animation, just showcasing what people can do in this basic program
admit it, when someone says "animating in paint" you think it's gonna look awful. Well, I got pretty surprised that it didn't end up looking bad, It's actually really cool
You should try animating in Procreate Dreams. Here’s a tip; make a practice animation that is actually just to press every button and tap everything until you know what everything does. I didn’t do this and there are very helpful features I am just now figuring out after having the program for over half a year.
i remeber my days trying to animate in paint.... i just drew a picture and save it and that was it but you had manualy push the arrow and go slide by slide
