I’m only 10 and I really just really wanted to do stretching and worked out and so since I’ve watched her I searched up it because I heard her talking about it one time and I did it and it is hard but now after 30 days I can do the splits and other really cool and weird stretches though definitely recommend it🎉🎉

I tried her split challenge and I got my splits in 5 days!! Well that was bc I already did gymnastics a long time ago but I quit 2 years ago but I was still a lil flexible but I still recommend it!!

I would say my level would be like medium, because like I can do the splits, but I just can’t touch my toes have my legs in front of me and touch my toes but thank you for the idea and inspiration I’m gonna try this and I will come back on your first posted video and tell you how I am going

I do it a lot. It works really well and I am proud. ❤keep going i can touch my toes and i definetly see improve in felxibility its been 12 days. Hope to achive my spits, oversplits ❤

from anna mc nulty a streches in only 1 month u learnt how to do a chin stand and a. chest stand and a split i nearly got my wall splits but i’m close but it hurt when i go down more ❤

I did her stretch routines too I wasn’t very flexible at all the thing I really wanted to get was my split so I did her routines every day over the summer 2 summers ago and ever sense I have been able to do splits, over splits and better back bends! Her stretch routines are very helpful I am going to start them again for more leg and back flexibility!

I haven’t done her stretch routine yet but Im trying her splits routine and this is day 3 so far, my legs hurt when I try stretching my legs for the splits but I’ve been getting a bit better and I hope I will. Be able to do the splits soon

Um ok so i started anna stretch challenge it had been like 2 or 3 weeks and i was almost on my splits and my bk was really streched to like I WAS SO HAPPY and then we went on vacation and i was really busy so i didnt stretched there and then when i came bk i noticed tht i sadly lost my all flexibility and now u wanna do it again

I really wanna get flexible, but I have LONG legs and shorter arms and so it’s PAINFUL. Anna’s stretches HURT. cause she has shorter legs and similar lengthen arms but I do NOT,
