These client interviews are golden. They give me hope to see someone who came out on the other side. It takes true work of self transformation to make it. Everyone is capable but everyone is not going to put in the work. I’m over a month in and slowly my wife is opening up to me a bit more. Went from she couldn’t stand being in the same room as me to we went on a family date last Wednesday. I love this process of improving myself because for so long I thought I wasn’t worthy of life. I have myself back and I’m acceding to be new levels I never thought possible.

It really puts things in perspective, and we begin to understand why our partners want the hell away when we begin to see just how far things have gotten and how much work is needed. As you mentioned, most blame and play the victim, never doing the work and confirming to their partner that they were right. In contrast, very few accept responsibility and make the necessary massive permanent changes. As we know, the top 1% of successful people are willing to do the things that the other 99% would not so they can have the life and relationships the 99% cannot. It is really that simple. Keep working, my guy! :)

Can you please share with me how you did it ? I’m wanting my husband back. I have 2 kids. I want to improve myself. So far I’m the person who reaches out first. He always responds but I want more than just a response. When I disappeared for a month, he did contacted and wanted to know how I and the kids were. Then I slowly responded, try to not be negative, he then now doesn’t ask me questions anymore. How do I move things forward ?

@@MelodyD-x2l I had to believe in myself first. My wife recently stated this as things are slowly getting better between us. Redirect your thinking to be positive and empathetic. When you view your partner as your source of pain it comes out in your micro expressions and tone. When you truly forgive them that’s when they will start to notice. Never stop improving yourself no matter the outcome.

Just a quick update. After my wife testing me by showing papers I didn’t react how she thought I would and we have started to hang out and plan family trips. Using tips on trust and safety my wife went from not wanting me to touch her Saturday night to her giving me the first hug in 3 months. This can only come with internal shifts. You cannot fake or manipulate your partner.

Woohoo, new client interview. 🙂 This one is great, this one teaches many lessons, key mindsets to succeed. This one motivated me to study some other programs. I found that many key paradigms taught by Geoff are applicable to many of the teachings of these other programs, but so far Geoffs is the only one that really challenges us to grow ourselves and learn to farm while most others focus heavily on tactics.(to be continued...) I'm in a similar boat. 14 year marriage and 24 year relationship. Two kids. Her next step now is to file for divorce. I messed up too many times as well. Keep your head up. You're not alone man. 😔 I'm devestated to a degree but I'm not going to give up. I will improve my my relationship with myself and learn about my deep true self. Furthermore I'm going to continue to be a great father to my children and invest more healthy time with them. My life is at a truly sad point right now but I will make it better. I will have such a better understanding of many things in life because of these experiences and soon to be new experiences. Keep your head up....

Not even close to no hope! She doesn’t trust you or feel safe to be her authentic self with you right now. You need internal shifts so you can change and create safety and trust, consistently. So do the work. What work? Join this program. I’ve been in 4 including bulletproof husband. This program is literally the only one that really works. You will change enough that even after a divorce she’ll want you back.

29:00 "We're not on the same side." 100% agree. Tried other methods & they lack e.g. internal shift through self awareness.

So it was getting better, she called everyday for weeks and we were on a super high peak. boom it just dipped back to “divorce papers”. She opened up about a ton more of what went wrong but doesn’t want the divorce to be swept under the rug and is happy for my changes. This conversation was emotionally connecting we both admitted but being back in a valley is tough. I am realizing I need to be like Ian… Sign, work on me for me and be the best option in her eyes down the road.

Hi Geoffrey, earing the frustration Gleb expressed about the non sufficient distribution of your teaching. I have à proposal , why not distribute only your program without the access to you or your coaches ? The price should be less expensive and then more accessible ...

You talked about untethering in this video. Today i saw a golf meme that said that at the point in your round when you give up, thats when you start to play better, because when you give up, youre then relying on your natural instincts. You're not focused necessarily on playing "well" anymore.

Hi Geoff , your videos are amazing , teaches a lot and help us with these client interviews . Wanted to ask about the DPPs you talk about . What type of work do you demand from the clients to work on a daily basis ? And what other methods do you ask the people to practise internal shifts .
@GeoffreySetiawan
@GeoffreySetiawan 6 месяцев назад
My clients are willing and want to practice making the internal shifts daily. I only provide the opportunity and guidance. Also, as you can understand, there are multiple internal shifts and stages to building anything we want to program as default, and those methods would vary. Something to think about, though, if you are asking yourself, wow, that seems like a lot of work. Then question yourself: Am I ready to deliver on the promises of changes as I have said and make changes permanent? Also, if you ask yourself, can I learn a few tricks, methods, or tactics to improve some things? Then, question yourself: Am I trying to get by with as little as possible, or am I willing to deliver massive results and be willing to learn all on the internal shifts?

So me and my gf broke up weeks ago, she has finally admitted that she still loves me still but because she doesn't think i love her. She is not trusting me, i asked what is the reason why she feel that way but she refused to tell me until april. I understand now i lack the safety, but do your program applies to short term relationships of a few months.

Everytime 'bad' event happens i start to feel anxious and iam looking at myself with question Why do i feel like that but when i feel like i found the answer there is always layer and layer, upon layer and trying to justify that feeling and sense at in the end many times i lost to that feeling. How do i reframe or reprogam this mindset? can you tell us more about this?
