Uncle Jimmy always hits me with a banger right before I go to bed. Trying to mess up my sleep schedule with some Jimmy dopamine hits, I see what your up too. 😋😋😋
I am on a mission to get heart on my comment on every Jimmy's videos . I have already got hearts on my last two comments on the previous videos So Jimmy Help me accomplish my mission from now on
Yoo Jimmy I recently started watching your videos and I’ve watched almost all of them and I also streamed ur songs on Spotify, ur lofi songs are also Rlly good.
Your jokes made me laugh so hard this time! I actually passed by that waffle spot last time I was in Hongdae. I gotta say tho, if it's for food I like to quickly walk over to Yeonnam :)
If Jimmy is not going to speak to strangers. I have no chance 😢. Yes I am strange English lady. I desperately want to try a tornado potato. And the sugared fruits are breaking people's teeth 😮
Wow, from the comments you have lots of subscribers from all around the world! How cool 😅 everyone is talking about the time you upload, it was 8am in my time zone, so it's perfect for me 😂❤ Thank you for another fun, funny, and yummy yet educational video!
This is still is a mystery for me. That why do we pay so much for food that we cook on our own self. Like it makes 0 sense. You pay for food and then you cook it. Japanese eat raw Koreans make you cook Chinese eating everything and Indians adding spice to each dish they make even water spicy. Why what is the reason for such preferences.
Ooh. I'm in Seoul right now for a holiday and went to Hongdae twice... I'm very intimidated to eat soondae/sundae because people have been telling me that it's strong flavour, you either like it or dislike it and different ways in how to eat... Which is why I feel intimidated to eat it. I might try it your way. Wish me luck, I don't have travel insurance XD
Bro ate at the same Tteokbokki + Soondae restaurant that I did a week ago when I was there 😍 Literally the number one thing I miss the most about Korea right now. Wish I could have bumped into you for an autograph 😆❤ Keep up the good content! You’re helping me relive the best trip of my life so far 🤠
On the topic of korean bbq, years ago my friends and I went to a random bbq place at hongdae and one of the meats we ordered was translated as "seagull" meat. Was that really seagull the bird or some meat cut that's called seagull? Appreciate if any native koreans / uncle jimmy can advise. 😅
Im planning my trip to seoul this March and initially Ive plan to book a hotel in Myeongdong and this is not the first time that ive learned that myeongdong is overpriced
Your videos are so nice, been watching you when you were playing valorant, but now I come back when I just want to chill and enjoy something nice. You also boost my appetite :D Keep putting out nice videos as always! Love from Bosnia
The bbq place you went, my friends and i went back in march and it was rather disappointing due to the small portions and high price. We ended up discovering another place that's closer to the busking area that is buffet style and only 삼겹살 but much better quality and cheaper. The crepe place u tried had a long queue when i went too, i didnt try it. Thanks for visiting hongdae, lets me reminiscent about my recent trip. It's where I usually stay when I visit. Although touristy, it's still not as touristy as myeongdong but still have all the amenities and food and is connected to many metro lines.
Thank you so much for showing us the street food on a popular “ interview street “. By the way , I always want to ask if there is a huge variety of non spicy food selection in S Korea ? I can’t eat spicy food at all and that’s why I hesitate to go there
Lol pigeons….. I’m sure pigeons would cost more than chicken unless they literally caught them off the street. Pigeon is a delicacy. Chicken is for my biceps
Hello, I know this will probably get buried in the comment section but I wanted to let you know that I am recovering from a long term relationship ending and these videos truly always put such a big smile on my face. Your videos really help me when I'm having a bad time to remember how much great stuff there is out there and all the things I can look forward to in the future. Thank you for what you do.
I went to a few of the claw machine parlors in Hongdae. Gotta say those machines made it easier to score a bunch of stuffed toys. My wife and I came back with bags full of them.
Jimmy~ if I can only try ONE Korean fried chicken in Seoul, which brand or branch should I try? I’m planning my itinerary but there’s so many variety of food but not enough stomach space :(
Loved Hongdae! i was at the kbbq place last spring too..that place was one of the shooting location for Weightlifting Fairy 😄 there are pictures from that drama outside
Your camera women is real cute, need more of her so you can make her to your camera wife! The food looks great, overpriced still if i'm there alone, affordable if i'm there with someone, lol.
important question: do you need to get at least 2 portions at a bbq place or is only one portion possible? Asking as a solo traveler. Where I live you have to take at least two portions in the korean restaurants
