Nice work! I’m gonna jump on the bandwagon and try it myself. I don’t really care for the renegade rows though, there’s a lot of pushups in his workout already and I think the gorilla row would be a better choice, it’s a much better rowing exercise.
@@chiefhokie I don’t think the renegades are that useful to begin with. It’s an exercise that tries to do too many things at once but does none of them well. A gorilla row is not just a good alternative, it’s a way superior row which is worth more than a plank or pushup and a crappy row, all in one.
I train with bells 3x’s per week. Single arm swings (warm up 20 lbs, finish set 25 lbs), single arm clean and press (20/25 lbs), double arm clean and press (20/25lbs), single arm snatches (20/25 lbs), double arm snatches (still just using 20 lbs), front loaded squats (20/25 lbs), double arm loaded lunges (20 lbs), single arm clean to side lunge (20 lbs), gorilla rows (25/30 lbs), windmills each side (20/25lbs) and finish with single arm suitcase carries (35 lbs). It gets the job DONE. 💪🏻 💪🏻
Do you do all of this is a circuit or do you do each move and then go to the next move? It looks like you’re getting it all done either way I’m just curious.
Well now at my 42 i only do 2-3 workouts of KB routine w 12 kgs and 3 trainings of martial arts..i am not ripped though i feel 30 and not 42. The KB routine includes your workouts Pavel! Keep on!
Hello, my friend! Can you give any tips on training with kettlebells to get rid of visceral belly fat as quickly as possible? I'm currently changing my diet, but I also want to actively work against it in order to achieve the lowest possible percentage of inner abdominal fat. It doesn't have to be a six-pack, I just want to have a flat tummy for now.
As for training I would focus on strength with element of HIIT (or additional cardio) but also diet adjustment (extra protein and fibre ) you have to be in the small calorie deficit too

I have a bit of stiff ... everything, particularly though my shoulders . Can't do windmills. Any alternatives? I thought snatches but does not seem a very good idea
@@braindogat if you are stiff through the shoulder and don’t want use weight over head I would go for heavyish offset farmer walk (one sided to get core working) also something like staggered or single arm Romanian deadlift could be good option
