Mr Money TV is honestly one of the most down-to-earth and charismatic employers I've met (albeit only via his channels). He doesn't treat them as meagre assets but more of a real human being. I think this is the best quality of him. All the best for your business!

The company that underpaid their employees usually will have high turnover rate. Employees nowadays are smart enough to not stay longer if they are underpaid.

@@davidang8003 If you already got the console say Switch or other it already great for you. What you need is OBS studio and that where you manage everything on it. I used my Nintendo switch to stream and just budget capture card. But the most important it your PC need to be power enough to process it. I using HP Victus as my since it also a budget gaming laptop but not for gaming. I learn everything new daily but I must warn you if you want to avoid burnout just take a rest for a few day before come back.

I think the most challenge part in this is how you know you pay like 8? Sometimes you thought you pay like 8, but there are other pay 11. People still left.

I don't really mind doing jobs that cover more than one position, but I expect my employer to compensate me with some salary increase la, betul tak? Like right now in the company I currently work, I do graphic design, video editing and digital marketing. They got 3 positions worth of job covered by me, at least give me a 2 positions worth of salary, I would be happy. The employer save 1 position worth of salary, I double my salary. Win,win? Well, that's my opinion.
