@@Jackexists you can't play all loosey goosey in this challenge. Gotta play stiff goose or else things go wrong. Like just running right after grabbing a star.
I am going through a hard time in my life right now and I watch every one of your videos and every one I watch cheers me up and makes me laugh. Keep up the good work!
what i don't like about challenges like this is if you come across a level that requires you to lose a mario life for some reason, or the level's gimmick is that you have to take "forced damage" then your run is over regardless how good the level is because "you took damage" when you had no other option.
a dingus challenge for the bigest dingus: do expert and don't touch any spiky meatballs. As for rules, no skipping on a platform or speedrun level, any other kind of level is ok to skip. :) edit: snowballs are safe
4:52 ok this is such a DGR moment i guess, because a pokey doesn't need the who,e thing to be alive (just the head but that's besides) & what the pokey has that the other 2 don't is spikes on it's body & what does the spike ball have Spikes, so this is such a bruh moment XD
More from Mrs DGR!! I bet she would make less mistakes than you. It's kind of getting ridiculous these days. Looks like you're just throwing anything into the fire and hope it burns.
This challenge is a bit BS because there are a lot of Mario Maker levels I've seen, on this channel, that require you to take damage as a matter of course. They give you a mushroom then you go through a pipe with a saw blade right in front of the exit. So this whole thing is just luck.
sure, why not add one for forced damage too? and one for yoshi damage? or losing a helmet too? that would make things a lot easier! and also completely eliminate the challenge of doing these self imposed challenges to the point of why bother playing them in the first place
@@mikefatwhiteguy3125 Soft-locks force a start over or timer death. Start over is a death. Dingus challenge is any damage OR DEATH by ANY MEANS makes you restart the run. Soft-locks are forced Dingus enders.
For black and white on OBS, if you're capturing video with it instead of another program, go into your sources and find your facecam. Right click it, go to the filter tab, click the plus tab on the bottom of the effect filters menu, then click color correction. Add it to your effects, and it will pull up a menu with scrolling tabs. Just pull the saturation tab all the way to the left (-1) and BAM! No more color. It sounds like a lot of work, but it takes maybe 20 seconds and it's part of OBS so you don't have to mess with other downloads or anything. If you guys can like this so Dave can see it, that would be great, thanks 😁
7:40, that level was beatable easily. I have no idea why you thought you couldn't shoot fire between the blocks BECAUSE YOU DID IT AT THE BEGINNING, DUDE. That was just a huge DGR fail.
What about some kinda chat challenge? Would need some harder levels, and the majority of chat would compete with Dave, making Dave restart each time chat wins a prediction! I'd also still love to see some kinda Sherlock Dave runs, where Dave has to play in long puzzle levels, and complete them. Slogan would be "No Quit Sherlock" XD
I feel like not getting powerups or checkpoints makes it so he doesn’t get any progressives. Surely capes/fire flowers would be useful. Also, I still say ironbros is harder because you only succeed if you beat 50 levels… the no damage runs technically always succeed because there’s no real goal
People always say you can't tell how good or bad a Japanese level will be but I am sure japanese people can tell that infact they might think the same for English levels. You know "you never can tell with these English levels"
I am confused I thought DGR said earlier in the video that the difference between the Dingus challenge and the Iron Bros challenge is that for the Dingus challenge the run resets when you take damage which I have seen DGR reset the run, but with the Iron Bros challenge you can take damage and not you don’t have to reset the run, but DGR has died a few times and didn’t take any damage at all and he still reset the run. So, I’m a little confused can someone please explain to me what the difference between these challenges are? Ty
#DGR Dave I've always loved your content. My little 4 year old nephew and I watch your videos as often as we can, and he wanted to know why you screamed at almost every level? It was too loud for him and even me. Please keep the microphone further away from your mouth when you scream. Thank you for all your hard work and it was nice to see #AmandaDGRofficial again.
7:45 "Call me Laser Daddy, 'cause I am focused on my goal!" _lets out Groan of Ultimate Suffering as the dreaded troll level appears_ 😂 20:54 _and again with the dreaded Pick-a-Pipe_ ggwp. You'll get it eventually, you dingus!
What about crashing bullet bill helmet into a brick wall to break blocks? That destroys the helmet. Is that damage? What about using the POW helmet three times? That destroys the POW helmet. What about crashing/damaging the car?
To add a twist to this, how about each time a level is beaten successfully you swap back and forth between you and Amanda? That will add extra stress but also a greater reward for setting new records?
