📝 INGREDIENTS:
Yield: 1 serving
1/2 cup prepared pancake batter
1 banana
Syrup, for serving
Prepare your favorite pancake batter.
Slice a banana into ½ inch rounds and using a fork, dip them into the pancake bater until they are evenly coated all the way around.
In a greased non-stick pan or griddle, cook banana pancake bites for about a minute on the first side, flip, and cook for another minute on the other side.
Remove and serve warm with syrup.
