With my two firewood vehicles down for the count and only a couple pieces of wood left for the woodstove (my only heat source) I set out with saw and Sleigh on foot to get firewood. Join me for the journey the stories,plus old pictures and videos etc.

@highwatercircutrider haha nope 100% Canadian but I had two grandfathers that faught in the revolution and my Family lived in your country from 1634 to the 1780’s then got booted out. so maybe I got some instinct from your area?? Lol

@@Indeewoods That’s an odd twist of history, my Scottish great grandpa Wilson came here from Canada ! He just walked across the ice of the frozen St. Clair River from Sarnia Ontario to Port Huron, Michigan. Our family is much ‘newer’ here than yours. We have only been here about 200 years, lol

Firewater definately helped get the job done ! The little Mac works really well. Your small Mac is a lot newer than my Mini Mac's, and is much more modern than my old Mini Mac's, but I sure use mine a bunch, and have for many years. Handy little rascals ! Real wood eaters !

Ya it’s plastic and newer but seems to work good however I did do a few mods to make it like that so not sure that’s equal to the old saws that ran great from the factory. I don’t have many McCulloch’s but the small saws sure have their place at peoples homes/acreages.

Half a bottle of Fireball, green wood and a slight buzz, what could go wrong? That’s the way we do do cold nights in Michigan as well !

@highwatercircuitrider Haha yes sir that’s right! This wasn’t green wood though but it certainly wasn’t seasoned either. Got me a few nights heat but it’s that Spruce that burns up super fast mind you it does crank out the heat.

We don’t have American or US tire! That Mac defies the normal logic of porting, but just goes to show you….never know unless you try!

@crazyfeller5704 there you go fire up a new business “American Tire” lol going to be hard to beat good old Canadian Tire though!😆🇨🇦 Yes I was reading our comments on that Poulan 3400 vid you have and was laughing because I was pretty worried it wouldn’t even run then of course I gonto fire it up and it would barely run but a day later I find out it was just a bad coil which these were famous for frying coils.(my little 4 hole mod fixed that issue). I may try those same numbers on a larger saw just to see or if anything maybe on a Mac 610 because the port arrangement is similar.
