some tips, more like correction actually. firstly thing you did wrong was you didn't whip the egg whites enough, you actually want stiffpeaks for pancake souffles. and secondly you should actually use a piping bag to pipe the pancake batter all the way to the top, you know to give that tall souffle figure. just wanted to help btw😅 not trying to be offensive or anything and also, forgive my bad grammar, I'm not a native english speaker.

She had to beat the egg yolks till they were foamy then add vanilla mix it then add the flour this way you won't over mix your batter and for the egg whites she should have put some setting agent like cream of tartar ,lemon juice or vinegar

In my place my room and my restroom are cool, but my kitchen is like literally heating up and it doesn't have windows to open, if you do do it, if you don't put some ceiling fans and that will help, that's what i did, im trying to do the pancakes and i put 5 layers in low heat and it really worked, i like the first one, i mixed milk and water to lower the heat. I love the way you are you completely insipired me to go to college to become a chef😍 I hope you see this
