You can work that up. When I Starter running I couldn't run 500m. Now I'm training for a half marathon and am somewhere along the half way there. You can do it. Just start slow and in small chunks. Don't try to be fast, that will come later. Short intervals of running and walking are probably the best way to build some stamina at first.
You are my daily trainer because I train every morning with your HIIT videos on RU-vid my entire group of 4 follows you and I reduced almost 26kg thank you so much Anna and yes I’m also a marathoner
@@user-tu8pp8td4p it shouldn't matter how long it took them to lose weight. Time will pass either way. Just focus on doing things every day that u know will bring u to ur goal eventually :))
If you run regularly and start early in the line you probably can😂 If ran 30km that day in munich. The only problem is the crowd, if you dont have any rankings that will allow you to start further in the front. For 21km you have 1h 54min before the car catches up.
I'm so proud of you. Everyone has to start somewhere and you got 2 km further than everyone who says "I'll start tomorrow". Even small steps will lead to big achievements eventually. ❤
Man kann NUR EINE SACHE mit GANZEM HERZEN, bewusst, achtsam & liebevoll MACHEN; eine Kamera dabei in der Hand zu haben, lässt BEIDES mittelmäßig werden ;o} ♥
It was charity week this week and on Friday we walked 7km in school to raise money for charity’s and at the end we got a refreshing ice lolly then we went home They made sure we had a break every 10-15 minutes so we could refuel and so no one passed out
Saw you by 25 km at the busstop! But i wasn't sure, if it was you! I liked this run very much and I'm going to be there next year again. And I like your videos!!! Hope to see you next year again! Kind regards from Caro from Bavaria
This is so inspiring Anna. I stopped running moons ago due to high risk pregnancy. Took a while for me to want to run again but I finally resumed this May. Only running 3k so far 😅😅😅, I look forward to 5k and then who knows. You make this look easy. Congratulations for finishing 👏🏾 👏🏾 ❤
I just restarted too after three pregnancies. Only doing 2.5km on my long run and 2km on my short. But I will slowly build up. Hoping to run a 5 km late June
Proud of you beautiful Anna ❤ I've run so many races, and each time, I experience the same feeling-you go through the best and hardest times of your life. Every tough moment gives you immense motivation to keep moving forward and feel proud of yourself. Also, all the angels who left this world too soon help guide us along the way.
Wow!! That looks really hard, I could never lol the farthest I ever ran was 7 miles with only 2 stops I was 11 doing cross country. I love running and working out and you make it even more fun with your videos, they are aesthetic and motivational. Thank you, Anna!💗
Well done! You can do more than you think. You've got the strength and consistency. Keep believing in yourself. I have done a half marathon the last few years. This year, I ran my first marathon. It was hard, but it felt great knowing I did it. Next goal it an ultra.

I ran 35 km training runs in January in preparation for my first marathon race but then got a severe back injury. Seeing this makes me so anxious to get back to training. Running really does hook you!
