As usual, great video. Burpees are fantastic for ye ol whole body and I’m a pretty big fan of pushups. I weigh about 215 so pull ups are one of my enemies but I’m working on making it a strong friend. Loved the wink at the end 👍 always enjoyable to hear your voice. Have a fantastic day!
;) Thank you Damon. I am with you on the pull ups. I can maybe do two strict pull ups now when I couldn't do any before. Doing the kipping pull ups has helped me get to doing the strict pull ups. I tried the bands at first and then went to kipping. If you have a better way then def tell me! :D The burpees I can do for days and I kind of like them.
Personally I would first start with cleaning up my food as I feel food for me is roughly 70% of how I look. I do meats and veggies. Maybe you could start out doing eat anything if it comes out of a package. I'm def not a Dr. I only saying what works for me. Then I would incorporate cardio and weights. Walking, biking, jogging. :)
