I‘d love to see you build a Zsélyi gas turbine, or multi chamber resonator turbine. It‘s essentially a spinning pulse jet engine, which was abandoned due to uncontrollable speeds. So yeah, would be interesting xD The engine existed, however I couldn‘t find any documentation about it other than a description of function and drawing on Quora. Still, would be extremely interesting to build this forgotten engine. Edit: I found an antique book published in 1913 by Zsélyi featuring this turbine!

Future video theme: Now that you can do metal parts, I'd suggest revisiting some of your older ideas that would probably have worked if the nozzles/bodies whatever parts you made out of plastic or ceramic hadn't failed. You could go a step further, and combine several different design elements from previous failed tests into one insane rocket, but again, using metal parts this time, OR test multiple past designs made in metal and see which is the winner.

Video series idea: it is time to start doing cooling projects, since it is pretty much evident you´ve had temperature/melting issues through time lol. Lets start with a sink cooled turbine that also works as a mocha coffee pot, cause you know, coffee is great, sensible to latent heat dissipators are more efficient than only sensible ones and because why not. Tip, copper heat pipes have a 40-100kW/mK effective thermal conductivity, perfect for transporting heat under quick and big temperature deltas between components and ambient temperature. Also, if you dont transport heat through enough pipes, once they exceed operating temperature, they explode, and things bursting are great for content.

Video idea: another way to produce epic amounts of thrust is to prevent water from freezing. This might be really dangerous, but what if you took a canister of water, and then supercooled it using liquid nitrogen, but make sure to poke a little hole towards the bottom so the water has a way to escape. The inability to freeze would cause it to build pressure in the tank and force water out at high speeds producing trust!!!

It would be cool to see all your 3D printed rockets and Jet engines perform in a practical test... Like building model rockets with them and see how high they propel a known mass. I know it can all be calculated on paper but seeing the application put into effect can be amazing.

I have a weird project idea that I'd like to see.Use a EDF and a electrical resistor(the type used in heaters) to see if thrust can be increased.Maybe try to build a cowling to contain the parts and test the thrust of the engine

It would be interesting to see you revisit some of your earlier projects (like the Tesla turbine boat) and apply what you have learned in CAD design, or maybe redesign it for metal printing. That was one of my favorites.

I would love to see you put an engine like this in a model fighter jet frame and see how fast you can make it go.

Your mother or sister would have loved that hair-dryer, I could only imagine the look on their faces when they saw what you did to it ahaha😂. Suggestion: I'd like to see you make a waste oil burner of some sort, whether it's a blowtorch to melt metal (or tomatoes 😈) or you try to power one of these jets with it. I'm thinking used fryer oil and/or a mix of diesel and used car oil.

Hey what about creating a small hand held jet engine you can use to toast sandwiches? Just because it's an absolutely insane idea and it seems like something you would get a lot of enjoyment out of!

you should take a shot at making a pneumatic Taurozzi pendulum engine, they are very unusual and right up your alley for obscure propulsion methods

Video Idea: adding jet engines to your car and seeing if you can get a measurable increase in MPG and possibly calculate thrust that way (least effective way to measure thrust but would be cool to see). Love your videos and always happy to see another come up in my feed 😁

Good Video Idea: I built a Jet In this video you will build and fly a jet that you created from scratch. I think it would be a great idea and a fun video to watch. Please like my comment I've been wanting a 3D printer for 2 years now but my parents never bought one for me.
