◆Bread dough
・Bread flour : 300g
*If you divide it into two bowls, about half each, the yeast will melt well and you won't fail easily

・Yeast : 4.5g (1 and 1/2 tsp)
・Sugar : 18g(2 tbsp)
・Dry milk : 9.5g
・Water(40°C) : 205cc
[Bowl B]
・Salt : 4g (1/2 tsp)
[For kneading]
・Cream cheese : 48.9g
*This is for 3 Kiri cream cheese.
◆For finishing
・Unsalted butter : 10g
✴︎Rising time
First time : About 25 min (40℃) / Second time : About 25 min (40℃)
*Time is only a guide, so please adjust it according to how the dough puffs up
*Preheat the oven just before the end of the second fermentation.
✴︎Baking time
Bake at 200°C for 20 min
*After 16 to 17 minutes of baking, cover with aluminum foil to adjust the browning.
