@@MoreTiffBenson I know you hear it all the time but you're gorgeous doll. If it's to personal I understand, if not, are you in your twenties or thirties hun? Love from Canada
@da don I don't know...you can tell her skin is in beautiful condition in the video. Not much texture, smooth surface. Makeup hides darkspots but not a bumpy skin surface. Edit: you can see her skin without at makeup @ 3:35
BRO FINALLY A RU-vidR WHO USES SOMETHING FOR !!!!!!!ONE YEAR!!!!!!! Before giving opinions and personal experience...even a month of use wouldve been great but u legit gave us a year. THANK YOU
Tiff Benson Vlogs the olive oil takes away that tingling feeling from the mask and once rinsed the skin is soft smooth and glowy...I use olive oil for everything I only cook with it and I put it in my conditioner and my nadinola face cream or any other face cream I use..
You should be telling people they shouldn’t be using metal with it, but plastic bowls and spoons, or glass, because of the negative charge. Also, you should share the fact that putting the remainder down your drains will ruin your plumbing, causing clogs and long term damage to your pipes- because it becomes almost like a cement in your piping. Some don’t think of that and can be quite costly all for a mask. Lol I wipe out the bowl/stir stick of whatever kind with a paper towel and throw it away to avoid having that issue.
awesome video... i been using rhassoul clay on my face for years :) teeny tip for those who love clay: never let the clay dry on your face to the point of cracking and flaking, the next time you use a clay mask, don't wait for it to reach the flaky stage before you start rinsing. Do the touch test: When you start to see it drying (which usually means it gets lighter in color) but it still feels a bit sticky, it's time to wash that sucker off-so it doesn't suck the life/hydration/barrier out of your skin.
I use this mask whenever I break out and it really helps. I acne disappears are at least gets less irritated and my skin tone turns more even. I recommend this to anyone with a face lmao
Thank you! My mom used to swear by this. Ahe just passed into spirit and the stress and pure sadness has been messing up my skin. She took such good care of my hair and skin growing up and I swear I could hear her say " this one" when I passed your video!
I like to apply it before I shower and after it dries, hop in and just let the lukewarm water just shower on my face and melt it off. I hate rinsing it off in the sink.
First time used it few days ago, I used with water only and after I rinsed it off it left nasty streaks of residue which was extremely hard to rinse off, even when using my exfoliating face rag to take off the residue it was extremely hard to come off like smearing wax across my face. I'm disappointed utterly. I have used ready made clay mask in the past and they washed off easily. This Indian clay mask was to clean away my whiteheads and smooth my face and it did not help my needs. I am giving it another try with apple cider vinegar next time. Did it give you residue when used with water or apple vinegar?
Yes ! I used this mask once a week for only a month and some change some years ago and I lie to you not that whole month I was getting back to back compliments on my face. I really think it was due to this mask because it smoothed out my skin and gave me a flawless finish. I also felt like it tighten and firmed my skin which kinda sculpted my face. I could be reaching but that whole month I was getting compliments back to back. I plan to start using it again consistently in my skincare routine as well.
Saw the title and had to stop and comment: it worked for me. I use it for my hair and face as directed on the jar. B/c I have acne prone skin which is oily and easily to get blemishes. Over the past 3 months I’ve noticed my natural hair grew. I’m one of those naturals who went natural but really didn’t think I would see the type of growth that I see on RU-vid. I’m here to tell you with a weekly routine of deep conditioning it helps. Now with my skin I see the difference in my pores are smaller, smoother and my makeup goes on smoother; my skin has just changed drastically.
you are the FIRST youtuber who has said they feel like they’re born with bags because that’s literally me! i have dark circles and bags and have always had them since i was a kid! i finally feel like i found a routine i can try and adapt to my skin! thank you!
Me and my daughter use this product religiously! I use it every other day because my skin/complexion got really bad. The best part is I use it on my bf's face where he was having hair bumps from shaving and it is working soooooo well.
You’ve helped me begin my skin journey my chin and cheeks are so PRONE to acne it’s sickening and I pick them and pop them so yeah thank you for the knowledge and encouragement! I ordered the Indian Healing Clay, The Tea Tree, Patchouli, and Frankincense essential oils!
I have been using the bentonite facial mask for over a year. My schedule in using it is once a week. I also mix my clay with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, leave it on for 30 minutes. Results flawless, tight, even-toned skin. It is so refreshing to be able to leave the house without any makeup.
@@khadreannasmith2270 As long as you're consistent, you should see results within a month. An added tip, you can use an exfoliation brush 2-3 times weekly to assist with dead skin removal.
I love this mask but as someone with very, very sensitive acne prone skin, I had to play around with how long I kept the mask on. I find that if 15 mins is the perfect length. It will not be completely dry when I go to wash it off, but leaving the mask on any longer leaves my skin red for hours on end. I have noticed the same results with a shorter time but with no redness.
Hi. I’ve used clay for years. Best thing is to use it in the shower and let hot water run for 5 minutes longer. That will clear/dilute the clay enough to flow through the pipes
I use this in my hair 2 bring my coils 2 life! I luv this 4 my face. This is a wonder clay! All the oils u use in clay I put in my hair mask with some raw local honey. Use cold aloe vera plants for your under eye bags. Place in fridge and use the cold sap under your eyes at night and morning.. works miracles sis try..
This mask is really good. It tightens your pores and brightens your skin. You get baby skin basically. The only thing is that it’s really drying so be sure to use a good moisturizer.
First time used it few days ago, I used with water only and after I rinsed it off it left nasty streaks of residue which was extremely hard to rinse off, even when using my exfoliating face rag to take off the residue it was extremely hard to come off like smearing wax across my face. Yessss using some essential oils in the mix helps with making this mask more tolerable while it drys plus smells so much better.... I'm literally naked right now with this mask all over doing a whole body detox , wearing a trash bag so I don't ruin clothes lol this stuff is awesome
I love this mask! I found it at my local grocery store a year ago and have about half a jar left. I do not use religiously, but I should. It does dry out my skin, so a moisture afterwards, is totally necessary. Your results are amazing.
I did this just now minus the essential oils. The smell of vinegar almost knocked me out but I sat through it - then I didn't realise it dries like cement so that was fun trying to get it off! But I must admit my skin feels so soft and looks bright - will do it again but will add some oils and not spread it on so thick (literally I spreaded it like peanut butter on bread!)
@@kidanyefru5293 If your skin is sensitive just do 15 - 20 minutes or just 10 if your skin is very sensitive. And you should use moisturizer after because it's dries your face and makes it feel uncomfortable.
I used aztec + apple cidar vinegar bragg also when i got acne badly all of my face full with dark spots. I bought immediatly no reason then i used twice a day for 7 days constantly after that 1 week a time and now 2 week a time untill 3 month. I recommend you to use, it very good to detox your face from toxic cosmetics we do not know. Now my face free from the blemishes
I used to love this stuff mixed with cider vinegar, but it makes my skin burn and turn beet red now. I find that a good exfoliating gel works much better.
This is the kinda consistency I like to see on my timeline. YES! (... me knowing damn well I can’t commit to doing anything more than .5x, but ahaha we move. )
I know this was so long ago but I just wanted to say, I’m so glad to find a person who looks like me reviewing this product. Your skin before looks exactly like my skin now and I just started using this Aztec clay mask last month. I’m already starting to notice a change in my skin and it has helped boost my confidence a lot. And this video helps me to know that my skin will get better within the near future just like yours did!
Just remember to follow up with a good moisturizer and you will definitely get a glowing skin. I moisturize with Papaya +glutathione even tone cream and my acne are gone. Also try using silky pillowcase and wash it more often because the moisturizers and shampoos we use on our hair find their way on the pillow and then onto our face for the period of time we sleep or nap and this is also another cause of breakout especially for sensitive skin. Hope this help. Keep me updated on your journey.
Oh, I ordered my moisturizers from skinsofly.com .You can check them out, they got very effective herbal extracts lotions and creams good for treating acne and fading dark spots.
I just found you as I sit here with this mask on (same brand) for the first time. You are so effective at how you present products and explain their uses, and you're drop dead gorgeous, so I'm now subscribing. Great channel. Thank you!
Hi, I am Esthetician and I really enjoyed your video and I think it’s super helpful but I also wanted to mention something that I know for a fact if you have dark circles under your eyes and 85% that means that we have parasites it’s really easy to get them. We usually go every year with animals to deworm them yet we don’t do anything about it ourselves, but it’s super easy 10 days in a row eating papaya seeds will kill it all. Also apple cider vinegar drinking for 10 days about 2 tablespoons. Also will do the job. There is another way the little the little divide wall inside the walnuts, you brue like a tea and drink it for 10 days it will get rid of it all parasites and the dark circles underneath the ice will disappear
You’re so gorgeous!!! I love this mask, use it for my hair and just started using it for my skin as a cheap hack for the Boscia clay mask because I can’t afford it right now. A couple of tips for everyone: they sell it at GNC and the Vitamin Shoppe for about 8 bucks a jar. Also, do not use any metal to stir or put in a metal container, it pulls the metal out like a toxin and you don’t want that on your skin or hair; so always use plastic or silicone utensils. New Subby, love your content! Blessings ❤️
WOW your skin is FLAWLESS!!! I love this mask for hair and skin! I started using it when I got some really bad break outs last year and I found it worked so well to get rid of my breakouts and it also helped with my hyperpigmentation! Great video!!
My eyes water while wearing this mask, but it is sooooo worth it! My pores have closed and feel flawless. I feel like it has made my scars a bit less visible.
“Today I’m going to be palatable” 😂 I love it and can relate. I concur with the comments. You are gorgeous and your skin is flawless. I have this mask and will use it more after seeing you. I do find it hard to find the right ratio of water to powder and find it so annoying 🙈♥️
When removing clay masks, it's much easier if you use a towel soaked in warm water. I love using microfiber towels, it really makes the removal much easier!
I'm 63..Thanks for explaining this product..this product has always been hard to find where I live..so, now I buy 2 at a time since I found it..Thanks for sharing..💕💕💕💕💕💕
I’m so happy this popped up on my home page. I’ve been thinking about trying this mask. I’m definitely going to use the oils you suggested. Your skin is stunning
I have not used that clay in awhile. Might need to bust it back out. I would suggest using it on your curls too. You can use the same mix you used on your face but just water it down a bit more. It’ll define your curls and detox your scalp.
yall please do NOT use essential oils on your skin!! they are WAY too high a concentration for the skin and will only do more harm than good. especially if your skin is already sensitive! essential oils have been found to be highly irritating to the skin so be careful out there :) (also yes everyone's skin is different but just because essential oils didn't effect one person doesn't mean they're helpful)
Don’t let this mask fully dry on your skin!! You’re meant to remove it before it fully dries otherwise it sucks the oils and nutrients out of your skin and can make it dry and krritsted
So...I am that skeptical person. Like another commenter stated, after using 3 times in one week...my pores are gone and my dry skin isn't peeling an hour after using serum and moisturizer.❤
May I suggest using an oil based cleanser instead of micellar water to cleanse away make up. I promise it will be a game changer. Your makeup will literally melt away. My two favorites are Double Cleansing Oil from The Butter Bar and PreCleanse from Dermalogica 🥰 You are absolutely beautiful!
tip: just like pull up your sink drain so water doesn’t go down the drain or whatever and wash your face like normal and clean the pieces of clay out of the sink with a paper towel and throw it away
Just an FYI for you, Tiff -- dark circles under the eye are usually due to allergies. You might want to look into doing an elimination diet and see if that helps get rid of them. :)
I’m loving the Aztec mask so far, it makes my pores look smaller and my spots less red HOWEVER after taking it off my face is SCORCHING RED for like 5-20 minutes
I just put it in water and drink it. Works a lot better that way and doesn't taste that bad. Its high in silica which we need to detox endotoxins. Probably the reason for acne in the first place.
I guess I’m in the minority but Aztec mask temporarily ruined my skin. I had a horrible reaction and got 12 large painful cystic zits after I used it. Legit the worst breakout of my life. But I’m glad it works for others!
Oh no! I guess everyone has different reactions to different things, for me it doesn't do that much I feel but I use it because I like the tightening feeling of it! : )
This mask is too good, I bought it after watch this video on amazon. I’ve used it and my skin was sooooo smooth like tooo much (I’m not exaggerating). Because I’ve got a sensitive skin I’ve mixed it with olive oil and water. It’s a must to buy mask
Don't y'all hate when you wear a peel off mask and someone makes you laugh and it hurts to laugh because it's pulling on your skin and it's tight lmaoo 🤣
Thanks for feedback. I wasn't aware you could mix with essential oils and ACV. I bought a container in SEP 2018 & only used it once. It rejuvenated my skin, but I never reused it. I think I was too impatient to go through mixing up with water, applying, then waiting for it to dry and removing it. You've ignited my interest to try with ACV and essential oils. Again thx. 😊 CELESTE, in the ATL
I suggest buying to 2 lbs. It is $15 while the 1 lb is $10. And since it isnt much money if it doesn't work for you, you could give it to a friend or family member or just simply through it out.
I just started using this for the first time, im 28 and ive never experienced breakouts my whole life till this past summer. i hope i can start to see results with this.
MS_ you can also use Nozeral dandruff shampoo and if you look it up on RU-vid people swear by it. Yes it’s a dandruff shampoo you can use on your face and it works wonders I hear and you heal dry skin on the body!
Veronica yesss! It works for super oily skin . My sister gets a super oily face and I let her try this for a week and her face doesn’t look oily .. only a lil
I found out about this prouduct about 2yrs ago and love it! I also heard you shouldn't use a metal utensil to mix because it effects the clay. I use the silicone mask brush you use or a wooden spoon.
Yes this is true, this is why I was confused when she used a bush with metal at the base of the bristles. She gave such good info about what she adds to the mask but then she used the wrong kind of application brush. NO METAL! Only use plastic or glass with bentonite indian healing clay. Metal cannot come in contact with the bentonite indian clay. The metal will neutralize the negative charge that works all the magic.
