The Gov needs to understand what the laws is regarding people on the outside , he could end up in prison himself if he does not understand and follow the law.

They leave them up and then disable it so it cannot be used. Im sure it is on cctv .also there's only at certain times we're the prisoners are unlocked for short periods

The reason the platform is raised is actually to prevent it being used, yeah as u say it could be dragged to a fence and if somehow someone on other side could use it etc, but u know what's easier done? To get onto that platform with a scooby key, or a screwdriver and start the thing up from the platform with full mobility on it, way more likely someone starts it up and drives it than drags it to a fence, platform up there makes it a bit more difficult for the opportunist, not a criticism, just an explanation of why we leave cherry pickers and platforms raised when not supervised That said, you'd think these people would be briefed on what the law is, what they can and moreso can't do, and what exactly you are allowed to do, you'd also think they would realise that anyone doing what u do know exactly where the line is and as much as you might prod that line, you'll never cross it

The only issue I have with filming prisons is that when you film the officers, you give a visual description to everyone in the world. If there is a prisoner who then wants to blackmail an officer, get them followed by one of their associates , all they have to do is say, "watch this programme" then they have a visual, can be followed, the prisoner would already have the name of the officer.... there is an underlying threat.

The Prison Officer and Security lady seemed reasonable, until he appeared, turning the situation into a battle of words, citing the law, threatening to call Police, and you obviously know the law, so then he started using his attitude and flaunting his power, and was firmly put in his place, by you.
