I've made a vintage secretary desk out of an office table!

Your drawer bottoms might fall through. By this time you will know if they held or not. I love that green. I have a 200+ year old Beidermeyir Hutch that came to the USA during the early 1800s from Alsace, France. It still has the original velvet lining, and trim that exact color of green! Even the cherry veneer is the same color wood stain that mine are. You captured the exact green, and that makes your desk look very rich, and very old. I subscribed, and I liked tuning in to see what else you made. I do mostly 1:12 scale dollhouse miniatures, but I really get inspired watching your projects.

Ирочка, как-то наблюдала у Вас распаковку посылки из Штатов, судя по коробке из Home Depot. На всякий случай хочу Вас предупредить, что почтового сообщения между Штатами и Российской Федерацией сейчас нет. Хотела отправить посылочку дочке в Питер и налетела на реальность, как на трактор. Ни государственная почтовая служба, ни частные компании. Персонал ничего не знает, вроде, наши страны еще не находятся в состоянии войны, насколько мне известно. Но факт. Я обошлась пересылкой в Эстонию друзьям, а дочка с ее штатовскм паспортом может посетить эту страну и забрать. Придется ей проветриваться в Таллинне на выходные. Но я посылала бандерольку, а у Вас увесистые посылки с материалами. Я знаю теперь сколько стоит сама отправка - цифры шокируют. Поэтому и предупреждаю, чтобы помочь избежать материальных потерь. А Ваши работы мы ожидаем с нетерпением на любом языке. С нетерпением жду реставрацию старых игрушек, остальные Ваши переделки даже не могу предположить. Но ждем, очень ждем!..
