Talking of not getting a lorry through a drive through I pulled in at Solstice Park services went to the KFC to find it shut although the drive through was open so I tried my luck and walked through the drive through and surprisingly got served as I was getting served there was a bus full of about 30 Army personnel there who having observed this decided to follow suit and also trudged through the drive through and fair play to the staff served all of them too

Wow lucky. I tried getting a KFC Drive thru on a motorcycle and they wouldn't serve me because the bike wouldn't trigger the sensor at the intercom. Why they couldn't just take my order at the payment window I really don't know.

Scott another great video I am doing my class 1 hgv the end of oct 2024 but been looking for company to take on new driver is so so hard even agencies want six months experience or more it’s gonna come to a point where the old guys are going to retire and they’re not gonna have anybody to take over and this country is going to be in a mess because there’s no HGV drivers any tips on getting your first job, please Scott I am currently a coach driver at the moment driving a 20 tone coach round the country on tour. So I have large vehicle experience. Thanks jacko

Just be persistent when applying places. Unfortunately it evolves a little bit of right place, right time. The Coach experience should give you an advantage.

One thing I've missed about your videos Scott, is the location of various butty places. Always makes me smile🤣. On the energy drinks. The last time I watch a vlog with a "driver" drinking an energy drink is the "Swiss A330 Zurich to Miami" vlog. Its Thomas and Jenny. Its actually a tv programme, and its on the way back and coming into land at Zurich, and Jenny (Snr Officer) has to have her energy drink. Its actually a good video to watch. I do know its over a couple or so videos
