You are so amazing dude!!! My back/shoulders/neck are so fucked. During the scoliosis test in 2nd grade the examiners were shook with the results, but couldn’t determine what it was. Since then I’ve been in all sorts of accidents, on land with my two left feets, and passenger in a vehicle that was totaled (twice). Fast forward, I’m know and my spine is lumpy/riddled with so much tension. My therapist even said that when I have episodes of irritable mania (I’m bipolar) the stress goes straight to my upper back/shoulders. It doesn’t help that I’m top heavy and work at a desk, so I don’t have the best posture all. So The knots that form have hardened and it seems impossible to loosen them. No pun intended, but it deepens my frustrations and sometimes I just sit and cry/: Iol… idk why I’m saying all this, but I determine to get my first alignment with you!! Idc
