this was a great workout! I love it! i love that my kids can hear it and i don't have to worry about inappropriate words! I just have one question, why did you do all your kicking with just your right leg? shouldn't it be both? just wondering if that make a difference with flexibility or anything. Thank you!

where are you based? Have you tried entering the postcode of where you plan the event to be, and see who is based around there? if it's london i can do it :)
