My wife works nights a couple of times a week, it part of our lives. In the past I have been away and she has told me that she feels the same. This is for all who are separated from the ones they love. The immediate feedback is that this is reminiscent of Bruce Springsteen which I feel is not a bad thing as other than John Lennon was a big influence on me. I love songs that tell stories and reflect life.
