I Was Hit By a Semi-Truck, How Long is it Going to Take to Settle the Case? 

I was hit april 20th. I got hit by a semi. Its clear liability he did it. Its on camera and it was a federal truck pulling a fully loaded load. I had my l4, l5, and s1 surgery. Ive been threw it. Im still healing. Still dealing with my surgeon, therapy with a house full of kids to take care of. I have more problems in my back. That need surgery but im not going let my throat get cut open. Thats to much especially after the oain of the surgery im dealing with. On a side note my surgeon is really good. My back feels way better and im only three weeks post surgery however i cant walk. My leg and foot are numb. I deal with pain 24/7. Theres not one second i dont feel pain all day unless im sleeping. I dont feel to much but i cant sleep that good so im miserable all the time. I actually watched the semi hit me. I saw him coming towards me to fast. I moved onto the medium and he drove right into the back of me. Slamming into me destroying my trailer i was pulling and busting my truck up. Im a lineman. I was in a bucket truck headed to Texas because of that snow storm damage. Its clear whis at fault. I want millions. I wont ever be the same. I thunk im going to get millions. My lawyers are already talking millions. Im also in my 40s. Im not a spring chicken anymore. My surgery was extremely mentally difficult for me. I tried not to have surgery. I was scared too to be honest. Before i had my surgey i thought about it night and day. I knew i was going to get a surgery that was going to put me threw more agonizing pain than ive ever felt. It was a mental warfare and on top of it all im getting worse as the dats past. I had injections after injections trying not to have surgery. I tried therapy. Nothing was helping. Anyways your video was great. Right now im just trying to get an idea of maybe when id settle but i realize i have to be do being treated. I figured id share my story anyways. I hope that i get millions of dollars. I dont want my kids to have to struggle like i did. Ive worked my but off for years. Hard work. When i get my money its for my family. Im going to buy a home finally and set up accounts for college. I want to ensure they are set. I feel i deserve this as well because it because my whole life is different now. Anyways thats my story. Whosever out there going threw the motions like i am or even worse ill be preying you heal and you get whats owed. Fight them until they give you what your owed.

Got hit on the job by a semi truck backed into me on the forklift. After medical care I lawyered up the next day. We will see how long if the company settles
