Good video. I was hit by a semi truck. Ive had work done on my l4, l5, and s1. Ill be getting a level 2 fusion in my neck soon as well. Its on camera. My question to you is can I say no to mediation? I feel like I shouldn't have to settle for less. After what I've been threw. I still have more to go threw and I know it. My nerves are all messed up now. Im nit the same. I want the max and I wont take nothing less. Can I force this to trial?

Yes u can say no. But it may be a realistic thing to do because u don’t wanna go to a trial.

@@matthewallen02 being willing to go to trial is the only leverage you can have in a claim. I know it isn't an easy choice. Or one for everyone but it is the only tool for the job if they won't pay.

Hello! Great questions. Our client had to have multiple back surgeries. The accident happened in August of 2019 and the case settled April of 2022.

@@cttrialfirm sheesshhh That's a long time. I was recently involved in a hit and run while at work. Currently under workers comp. The driver who hit me came forward. I was running by the way but hit directly from behind.
