Stephanie’s story telling is unmatched. Whenever she can describe something that strange or weird that’s happening in the story I literally feel scared. It’s like I’m watching/ reading the actual story! I also appreciate Dan Dan and Stephiances reactions/ question, it helps keep the stories lighter and sometimes helps me understand the story better.

“nobody has talked to her on the phone, nobody has bumped into her, nobody has gone on a dinner date with her FOR OVER A YEAR!” listen, i know this is very serious but this is honestly a description of myself 😭

I actually think he could’ve invented both Anita and Emily as part his psychosis after losing his sister. That’s an additional theory as he’s the only perspective we get. Just an intriguing thought

I’m so glad that we have an actual schedule with BAMS now! Now, I can look forward to them! I love Stephanie’s BAMs so much. She does such a great job explaining the book or movie she’s going over. I always opt to watch her BAM instead of consuming the actual thing she’s covering.

This author had a deadline coming up, didn't have time to write the ending and just said "fuck it" As a writer and grad student I sympathize, but as a reader I feel tricked. It's a cliffhanger worthy of telenovela/soap opera series 😂

🤔 Foot prints were too big to belong to 12 year old Will... so I think someone else killed Claire and Will's guilt is the root of his issues. He later falls for Anita because she reminds him of the one he couldn't protect. He became obsessive out of fear that he might lose someone else important to him. Will is unstable but Emily is weird too. She dresses like an innocent librarian but writes dark poetry? Dangerous people try to blend in. They create an image for themselves to appear less threatening. She manipulated an unhinged person into coming with her to a secluded cabin and she has Anita's necklace. Who would give jewelry, from a crazy ex, to someone that's "like a sister"? Killers often keep a trophy to relive the moment. 🤷🏾‍♀️ And what kind of friend isn't suspicious when her bestie disappears with a random guy that she never introduced her to? 🙄 Emily killed Anita out of jealousy and has been using her writing skills to create a facade online through Anita's social media. Lastly, Will finally reads the journal and knows Emily is responsible for Anita's disappearance... So he kills her and keeps her journal.

Are we not gonna address the fact that Claire and Anita look similar? My theory is that he created Anita in his head due the trauma of Claire's death and for some weird reason, he created her to look like Claire.

Stephanie is so TALENTED,it shocks me till this day how she's able to re-tell movies/books so effortlessly but 10 times better without messing up the storylines

bisss you should read the book- “a good girls guide to murder”, although the writing isn’t as sophisticated and like -chills down your spine- kinda book that you usually narrate, it’s just SO addicting and every time I tried guessing how the story ends BAM NEW PLOT TWIST,,I literally couldn’t not leave that book alone till I reached the last page omg..

My theory is a mix a few of Stephanie’s theories. I think Will and Emily are both killers. Will killed his sister, was with Anita and started stalking her because he wanted her still, Emily wanted Will and was jealous of Anita so she killed Anita. Will found out through her journal was upset, they went to the cabin and he killed Emily for killing Anita. So two killers “falling in love” but just very twisted.

my interpretation is that claire was killed by the guy she was with, and will's guilt made him very scared of losing anisa, thus the stalking and paranoia. anisa was killed by emily bc she also liked will. the one who answered the phone that night was anisa, and she was with emily (thats why there was another figure). she was probably happy that they broke up already but seeing that anisa still cared for him a lot made her,, i guess have homicidal tendencies lmao she def likes will. at the cafe, she was like that bc hes the first one to notice something off about anisa. i guess she was scared of getting caught? but she thought it was the perfect opportunity to get close to will so she acted concerned. she even took the credit for that night. lying helps in not making her a suspect too. after killing her, she made up this whole social media thing and used old photos, expecting people to not notice. she wrote the details in her black notebook so she wouldnt accidentally post contradicting things that would make the anisa acc suspicious. thats why she didnt want will to see. next, emily was killed by will out of anger. he read the notebook and did the same stuff she did with anisa's social media acc to avoid people from learning about her death. he also got anisa's acc from the notebook, thats why she was commenting emojis on his posts. (its probably hard to pretend and act like anisa online. emojis r fine) he was still creating this delusion in his head after all of the things that happened. he was still attached to anisa bc of his dead sister.

It’s a Japanese physiological thriller about a woman who moves into the family home of her new husband and things get weirddd. They are very close and VERY secretive, and the wife wants to figure out what they are hiding 👀

5:00 OH SHT I knew a guy that would only talk in movie-sitcom-quotes! He was so boring! His whole personality was stealing personalities from television, and speaking in quotes, even if the entire room has stated they don't watch much TV or movies. He was the type of person that just could not understand that other people were not into whatever the latest show was, and he seemed incapable of developing his own opinions. He was also incredibly insecure and defensive if ever did try to express an opinion. He was exhaustingly irritating and I'm glad he's not in my life, anymore.
